I tried to explain several things to her and she told me she was not talking to me and continued to be extremely rude to my husband. He was getting close to unloading on her so I told her we Were leaving. I heard Dr. Nunez is great but I guess we won't be finding out because we won't be back. September 2025 Dr. Ros never ceases to amaze me…read more The Dear Man went above and beyond for me, in saving my life and finding out exactly what was wrong with my heart. Talk about an A+ Doctor. I thank Dr. Ros for finding out what my heart issue's were and extending my life for many more year's to come. Dr. Ros was also extremely instrumental in helping my beautiful Son, Judd Heath. Judd, needed an aortic valve replacement and is doing extremely well. I thank God for giving us Dr. Ros and his wealth of knowledge for extending both our lives. We are both incredibly blessed. I'd also like to thank Dr. Ros' nurse Bhenreenah, she is such a beautiful soul. Bhenreenah also went above and beyond and was able to help me obtain the right appointment's for extended care for my Son. We both had appointments this morning: she at 9:20 to review labs and my initial consult at 11:20. We went together since we have a single car and live on Okaloosa Island. The receptionist met us with a smile and was able to combine our two appointments into a single meeting with Dr. Ros. Talk about customer service!!! Completely eliminated a 2-hour wait for me. Good on ya, Marilyn! Dr. Ros impressed both of us with his caring attitude, professionalism and willingness to spend the time with us necessary to answer our questions and leave us feeling great about our decision to make him our primary physician. We both wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Gustavo Ros for anyone needing an internist.

Because she failed to callI I won't get my antibiotics called into the pharmacy until Dr. Susan Guentzel returns to her office on January 3rd (I STILL AM IN PAIN FROM EAR INFECTION). The issue I have is that they refuse to authorize my pharmacy to a refill of a prescription for a low dose statin that their Dr. prescribed (for a one year term refilled every 90 days) without seeing me and getting new labs - In other words, they want me to pay for an appointment and new labs that my insurance will only cover once per year....because their employee left. But they have the labs, which is what providers use to determine whether the prescription is warranted. Statins are literally the most prescribed medication in the US and they have all the evidence to validate a simple refill but are trying to force me to pay a significant out of pocket expense to get it.

They say they offer telehealth but I was told if I wanted to speak to a doctor I would come to the office, the doctors were busy taking care of patients that did come into the office.
