The staff is professional, including Naomi and always professional. I have used Dr. Fairleigh for pain treatment including pain blocks and other pain procedures. Referrals are always kept up keeping costs down. Only disappointment is the new procedure clinic UIC who always messes up billing but they do correct it when you bring it to their attention.

When i panicked out of EXTREME FEAR and called my dr office multiples times to get help I was hung up on. Told I could not send my Dr a message for clarification because of a policy I was never told about. And then had the cops called for trying to have a voice in my healthcare and accused of harassment!! For being terrified of the unknown as I am still learning. I had just been told the week before by THEIR DR , "thankfully WE are far enough in technology you won't need a heart transplant ". I'm 41 with kids. My mind was already overwhelmed and they didn't care. I truly believed the dr was aware of my med record and gave me permission to do something else for LITERAL LIFE SAVING MEASURES! I had told her the mental part was overwhelming and I BEGGED for help. For their office staff to treat us this way. Thank god I had someone to run to support me after I was home. I was not in a safe mental state. BECAUSE OF THEM. They weaponized my fear and desperation to get medical help and called the police on me!! Your health means nothing to the office staff. Sadly the drs have to pay for their actions by reporting on their medical license every month until someone takes accountability. They literally sent me a letter WEEKS later releasing me as a patient with the drs signature. Meaning she is signing off on the behaviors. So I will report their license every month evry way I can.

She works out of Bridgeway and there were many times that I was handed off to another medical provider. This doesn't work well for the patient when the other provider doesn't agree with patient care. I have no idea what was said or relayed throughout that office, but when I asked about my next appointment, I was told I didn't have any more. It was easier for me to find another Doctor than ask why.

I thank Dr. Ros for finding out what my heart issue's were and extending my life for many more year's to come. Dr. Ros was also extremely instrumental in helping my beautiful Son, Judd Heath. Judd, needed an aortic valve replacement and is doing extremely well. I thank God for giving us Dr. Ros and his wealth of knowledge for extending both our lives. We are both incredibly blessed. We both had appointments this morning: she at 9:20 to review labs and my initial consult at 11:20. We went together since we have a single car and live on Okaloosa Island. The receptionist met us with a smile and was able to combine our two appointments into a single meeting with Dr. Ros. Talk about customer service!!! Completely eliminated a 2-hour wait for me.
