I had no issues with the X-ray tech or the PA who I saw. I thought they were very professional and knowledgable. Reception, however, is a disaster. First, there is nothing preventing the whole lobby from hearing everything you discuss with the receptionist. The seating area is very close to the reception window. I felt very uncomfortable with so many people listening (whether they had bad intentions or not). Next, on both occasions, the receptionist seemed like I was truly inconveniencing her by being there. Rude, short, loud. No "please" or "thank you's." I just really didn't appreciate it. There was no concept of customer service at all.

I should've recorded the phone call to send to Donald Whitaker because after talking to her employees whom I was sent to after talking to her, I found out that this is a normal occurrence from her. I thank God for showing me a sign that this office isn't going to be the right place to guide me through my pregnancy. I pray that whatever she's going through she can be strong enough to realize that it's not okay to push her feelings onto other people and talk to them with rudeness in her heart. Will not and would not recommend this place.
