Went into this store looking for a gift to give to a dear friend/coworker of mine who is leaving for nursing school out of state. I wanted to find something that would help her during her journey and asked the lady working for help. I totally didn't get her name I feel so bad but she was SO helpful. I really enjoy visiting WWWC. There is always a nice array of things to look over and the energy there is serene and pleasing. I love the selection of large and small stones, books, statues, selenite towers and other whimsical items. There is a great selection which helps when shopping for gifts. We especially love the make your own jewelry station. Each member of my family owns a self made bracelet which we love. Some items can be a little pricey but everything I have purchased has been quality. I absolutely love my selenite tower, purchased at WWWC. They are also great with honoring military discounts for our veterans which is much appreciated. When Covid hit and everything was shut down, items for sale were available online via their website. The employees are nice and helpful and seem to be very in tune with the people they are servicing. I have also experienced a Reiki session with Jamie which was pretty incredible and I left there feeling light as a feather. There is something to be said about a small business of this genre surviving in a small town like Tracy. I've been in here a few times and finally made some purchases! I bought a small crescent moon crystal for my friend with a lotus flower that was beautiful and my husband bought me a gemini bracelet that is so cute. I really like all of the things they sell here. I am super excited they sell doterra products since I decided a while back to no longer subscribe to them. Please keep that deep blue in stock, lord knows my family and I need it! Everyone is friendly and helpful here which I appreciate. I love seeing all the new things they have coming in. I find this a good spot to buy little gifts for friends too, especially if they have any interest in crystals, jewelry, or really anything cool. In tears and foggy minded I felt compelled to see if she had a website. Yes! I began scheduling an appointment. It was around 10am..a slot opened at 3pm. But I had a burning need. Something that had to be experienced was all of the emotions I tucked away from before my wifes death when inavvelted I was going to lose her, to the date of loss when she breathes her last breath. To the memory her on our living room floor for hours as we awaited pickup from the funeral home. I could go on all day. Thru divine intervention and confirmation, energy flows and transparency, honesty and the Law of attraction, she agreed to see me immediately for an chakra alignment. Relief was in sight. I scheduled a areiki session the next day. Between the two, I felt release. I trembled as her hands hovered over me releasing my emotions. Stirring them. I was being soothed. I was safe. I was more aware during the alignment than I was during the session. She had settled my energy some before we had the session. And I was able to enter into a meditative existence. I knew I should choose to ignore my restless body and allow my thoughts to flow but not cling to any. 30 minutes later I woke back up. Fully refreshed. Drove all the way from the East Bay just to check this place out, I am happy to say I won't be driving to SF to pick up crystals anymore. With an ever expanding amount of goodies as per the shops Instagram, this shop has it all. With all the fun happening around us, there was no concern about cleanliness with their sanitizer station, everyone was wearing masks. I was able to shop care free and at easy in this big store. Browsed quite a bit to familiarize myself with all they had to offer. The Shop owner Jamie came out and guided me a few time and even lead me to a crystal Bronzite, that had my name written all over. This is a long but overdue review. I have been shopping at White Willow for about two years now and each visit to the shop is such a wonderful experience. I absolutely adore how our tiny community is made up of so many small businesses and I've wondered how it is that such specialty stores can stay afloat during our current economic climate. Stepping into White Willow and receiving the stellar customer service they provide says it all. My very first visit was on a busy Saturday afternoon. The moment I stepped in, I felt a sense of joy and positivity. I went in with my husband "just to browse." I was enthralled by all the beautiful crystals, jewelry, books, bundles of sage, decorative pieces, etc. I felt like a kid in a candy shop and I had SO many questions. I am from So Cal and we have botanicas and crystal stores galore, and none of them compare to this shop. The attention to detail; from making sure all the crystals and stones are labeled with their name and their meaning, to the level of personal attention that you receive from the staff, is absolutely incredible. Despite the foot traffic on this particular day, I always found someone available to answer our questions and even took the time to talk to us on a more personal level. I didn't feel like I was just a customer making a purchase - I felt like I was suddenly welcomed into a family of sorts. This alone made me want to return. Fast forward to the present; I have since returned to the shop on a regular basis, and have also used many of the other services they offer including a reiki session, tarot readings, and as of today - an Aura Photo. The accuracy and details provided during all sessions are mind blowing. I was so excited to see that they recently started to offer herbal teas and walk-in services (which is how I ended up asking for an Aura Photo session on a whim today). Jamie - the owner, is the real deal. She floats around the store with her positive energy and her energy is highly contagious and uplifting. I've introduced friends to White Willow, both local and from out of town, and they all have agreed that this is a feel-good place with the most positive and happy vibe. Late post but I received a Reiki session as a gift. Me as a skeptic was very hesitant going into the process. Jamie was so sweet and professional. Although it's an open space she makes it feel so relaxing and comforting. She shared with me that she felt my uneasiness and waited till I fell asleep to unblock my mental block. She also shared with me some other things about my medical conditions she could feel. It was very enlightening to talk to her about the colors I saw while asleep and what they meant. I have been going to white willow for years now. There is really no other Crystal shop like it. From the very first moment I walked in to this store I felt very welcomed and cared for. Everyone was so nice and really helpful in answering any questions I had. Being an empath, I am very sensitive to different environments and this stores energy is so peaceful. You're able to just browse freely with no care that someone might judge you. I love that they cleanse the store often and constantly shift things around to keep things fresh on top of all the new goodies they get every so often. They offer so many great services too. Jaime is absolutely the best healer I have ever been too. I came to her feeling so exhausted and ashamed. I had so much emotional damage after my moms death and I wasn't taking care of myself. I try and see her every Sunday. I was referred to Jaime from a friend and my life has truly changed after 3 sessions so far. My only regret is that I did not find her sooner.
