All My Sons Moving & Storage

A thorough review of the contents to be moved versus the cursory review by competitors. 2.A competitive price. 3.Our things were moved in dedicated trucks and not mixed in with other people's stuff. 4. Honestly about damages: a table literally fell apart during packing and the crew pointed it out to me rather than concealing it. 5. No high pressure sales tactics. 6. The guys were patient with my wife repositioning furniture at the destination. 7. Nothing was broken although we had quite a few minor dings in furniture. 8. Crews showed up on time at both ends of the trip. Negatives include: 1.No formal acknowledgement of payment. They were almost offensively anxious to get the final payment even though the third and final truck had not arrived. 2. Loss of focus at the end of the day: We did a walkthrough at the end of the loading process. Every time we found something that needed to go into the truck, the guy leading the walkthrough took it out, chatted with the guys on the truck, and then we would lose our place. This resulted in a few things being left behind. At delivery, the guys took down a door to get furniture into the basement but never put it up again. They also left a moving blanket and personal items belonging to one of the guys. The items were eventually restored to their owner. 3. Not mentioning messes or problems. After the truck left I found that one of our toilets was plugged with toilet paper, paper towels, and human waste from someone that was apparently ill. Fortunately, I found the problem and was able to unplug the toilet and clean things up so this mess was not left for our cleaning crew. I think I would have responded calmly to this if I had been told about it. I can appreciate that it would have been embarrassing to report this to me. I'm human too.

My bed was not put together, my box springs is in the garage because they couldn't get it up the stairs claiming the hallway was too narrow. I have a bookcase that they couldn't maneuver so it is on the first floor landing. So I hired (2) guys to come out and do the work that these guys couldn't do. For the money that All Sons Moving Company charge, do not use them...you will be disappointed.

Hidden Fees, Poor Planning, and Inefficiency We hired Two…read moreMen and a Truck for what should have been a simple internal move. What we got instead was a frustrating, inefficient, and overpriced experience. First, they never disclosed all the hidden fees when we booked over the phone. We were blindsided by an outrageous $240/hour charge for round-trip travel time from their location (not ours), plus a vague $40 "full valuation" fee (still no idea what that even means), and a $35 fuel surcharge. None of this was mentioned in the initial call--completely deceptive. Then, on moving day, they sent three movers who left their truck and tools at the end of our 1/4-mile driveway, claiming they were afraid to hit the power lines. For the record, our power lines are standard height and we've had trucks of all sizes come down our driveway for 40 years without a problem. This decision cost time and money, as they walked back and forth to get tools and materials instead of working efficiently. Only one of the three movers seemed to know what he was doing, and while they were friendly and respectful, they were definitely not efficient. Lots of unnecessary waiting and wandering. Bottom line: Two Men and a Truck left us feeling misled, overcharged, and disappointed. Friendly movers don't make up for poor planning, hidden fees, and wasted time. Would not recommend.

AAA QUALITY MOVING should be your only choice of movers as they are mine…read more My first move with them was in 2013 and they have moved me atleast 10 times since. Twice I've had to use two other companies and not only did neither show up on time but they did a horrible job, broke my things and one company even damaged my father in laws house and refused to take anything off the extremely high price I was paying. AAA QUALITY MOVING not only cares about the people they move but they move your item's as of it were their own. So weather you a person moving home to home or into or out of Storage or a Small or Even Large Company looking for the Best Movers at The BEST PRICES...MAKE AAA QUALITY MOVING YOUR ONLY WAY TO MOVE!

Absolutely the worst experience moving ever! Everything seemed great until they showed up. We had…read morephone calls, texts and even a walk through where John even took notes. We felt confident. Boy were we wrong! $15k down the drain. Everything became a complaint or an argument. We had picked them specifically because they said they would build a crate for the lathe and charged another $1000 to do it. On the day John argued he would not move it and had never agreed to. Much less build a crate for it. I ended up providing makeshift materials and show them how to safely move it. When it got here things were bent and broken. While getting boxes in the truck two of them kept pushing each other around like two little kids. They eventually dropped a bed frame on the hardwood floor and then one pretended to be hurt. We saw it. It never touched him but he screamed it broke his foot and was bleeding. Yet somehow he had no issues moving boxes. The same two guys kept pushing each other around until finally one was thrown right where a snow plow was being moved. The plow flipped over and narrowly missed his foot! I turned white. The truck they brought was not big enough. They had to go and offload it and return. That took them 4 hours. We had to walk behind them around the house because they would constantly not grab all the boxes from rooms but close the door and say it was all done. Always an argument ensued. Things like yard equipment, glass and awkwardly shaped things were taken separately on the truck. When these guys arrived they had two trucks and just 3 people. As they opened the truck I saw one of my generators sitting upside down! The lathe was loosely strapped to the side of the truck sitting on the same material I provided. Things on it were bent and broken from bouncing around. All the yard equipment and awkwardly shaped items were just stuck in tall garment boxes. Trim pieces from my truck I had just painted were scratched and rubbed through. Ruined. Boxes were crushed. The guy with the "broken foot" kept limping around. John hardly did anything. Boxes were placed any which way pretty much anywhere. We had to insist and argue for boxes to be taken where they belonged. Things that went into storage were just chucked in and boxes placed right at the entrance. It was a mess. We gave up on having the furniture put back together as we just wanted them to leave.

Our call to Tony and team was the best one that we made. Tony himself came out a day later, calling to let me know he was on the way, and took a look at everything, gave us a quote and fit us into his schedule quickly. Did I mention he was the least expensive too? Win. Win. Win. On the day of the actual hoist, his team was professional, friendly and helpful. Things couldn't have gone smoother, and Tony is such a nice guy. He was so thoughtful about the process, protecting our furniture and home, and accommodating our time. When we move in the future, our first call will be to Tony and team. I can't imagine using anyone else after this first experience. So... like I said... stop reading review after review after review. Apparently, no one knew that the entire company would be busy moving someone long distance and not a single person or truck would be available for my mom, which is on a tuesday. I think it is poor practice and very unprofessional to go that long/that close to the scheduled move to cancel on someone. The only help they offered was to "possibly" be available to move us.... but its after we are scheduled to be out of the house. beware, they've ghosted previous customers (per other reviews), and they'll cancel your move and leave you stranded.
