Integrity Movers moved my items from Center Line, MI to Warren, MI on Tuesday, 9-19. I live in Virginia, and am going back home for a visit this weekend and to retrieve my personal items. Got a call on Tuesday from the person who's home my property is now in, and it was around 11:30 AM. These guys got to the 1st home, loaded everything up and delivered in less than 1 hour. now you are also a liar!!! all my items were n o t returned to me nor was i reimbursed for all of the ones that were not returned and it came to in the hundreds of dollars!!! also, you destroyed my artwork worth more than $1,500.00 and refused to pay for that!!! this is a senior building and many, many of my friends' items were not returned to them and the staff was notified each time, and there were many times, but the staff told us that we had to deal with the movers by ourselves, that they could not help us with our items that were missing and damaged!!! do not use this company, they take your belongings, they damage your belongings, they do not reimburse you in full and now they lie!!!!! read more

We can't say enough about Jeff and his crew. Marco and Greg were absolutely fantastic! We needed heavy furniture moved in our home that involved 2 flights of stairs one of them curved. The guys assessed the situation and within minutes of arrival were at work. You'd have thought we were going long distance with the care they took to protect every piece. They were done well within the time frame Jeff projected and were the most pleasant, respectful movers we have ever had! By the way... We had a pretty big move with lots of curve balls - went from a 5 bedroom finished basement two car garage to a 2 bedroom condo with one car garage. Also needed to clean out a storage unit with mom's stuff who has passed away recently. I needed a combination of things staged at the old house to prep for a moving sale since our downsizing was so drastic and they moved things around for me seamlessly! I also have a HUGE solid oak King bedroom set that I was very nervous about. They handled it like it was their first born!! Additionally our two adult children recently moved out of state and we had all their stuff to contend with with special instructions of course!Their attitudes were great and they only teased me a tinsy bit about my giant 48" old school Tube TV (such a great picture on it though!!!!) Jeff sent 2 trucks and 5 guys. Justin, Chad, JR, Shawn, and Marco. We got this crazy move done in 9 hrs flat. I gladly treated to lunch as they worked their tails off in the rain and nothing got ruined!! They clocked out for lunch and had a couple smoke breaks which didn't bother me a single bit. They were genuinely fun to go through this process with. Light hearted, funny, yet understanding, respectful and efficient. If they will have us we will definitely use them again in about three years when we plan to move again. And next time I promise to NOT take the tube TV!! My husband and I have moved many times over the years and the last time we used our 'go-to' mover, we were beyond disappointed. I went onto Yelp looking for a new moving company and that's how I discovered Integrity Movers...it was between them and another company. Once I spoke with Jeff (the owner of Integrity) I didn't even bother calling the other company! He put me right at ease and I cannot say enough kind words about Jeff and how pleasant he is. Let's just say I was VERY impressed...from my first point of contact, to Jeff's follow-up prior to our move (on a Sunday...who does that - Jeff does!) as well as with our move/movers. I am VERY particular and our movers (JR and Sterling) were top-notch! They arrived early, were very respectful of our belonging and pleasant too. On a side note, I was recently talking to a new acquaintance and she and her husband recently used Intregity Movers and had a fantastic experience too. Integrity Movers did a great job moving us from Dearborn to Detroit. Jeff was very responsive, got a quote out to me fast, and was very pleasant to deal with. On moving day, our crew was prompt, friendly, enthusiastic and professional. Despite record 90+ degree temps, Jonah and Lee worked their butts off and had us moved out and into our new house quickly. They took great care to shrink wrap and pad any vulnerable items, and there was no damage to either house or our belongings. Great service at a great price. I was shaken down to sell my stuff cheap-some of which was destroyed when I took it out of storage. things were also missing. they argued and then ghosted me when I tried to file a claim. I don't like leaving mediocre reviews. Jeff, the owner is fantastic. He's professional, courteous, flexible and looks to help save the mover money. We had to bump our move date by a week because our son fell very ill. Jeff was so responsive and understanding. It's worth noting, that he did give a 6% military discount to us (husband active duty). My issue comes in with the actual workers. We had three movers the day of our move. My husband and I had already moved a significant amount over to our new home; however, we wanted movers to move our big pieces (bed, dressers, etc.) As I have been slowly unpacking this past week, I have seen several nicks in my furniture that were absolutely not there before as well as some minor damage to my new home. The movers didn't use furniture pads at all. One of the movers was great! He moved quickly and would grab several boxes at once with each trip. The other two were goof offs. Smoke break here, smoke break there. One box here. One lamp there. One of them disappeared for a good 30-45 minutes during the move. My husband was incredibly frustrated by their overall pace. Integrity movers came from a recommendation from my friend and I do believe they may be good movers; I think we just got the bottom of the barrel on our move day. read more

I'm going to make this short and sweet because that's exactly what my move was. I just bought my first house and against everyones advice I decided to hire movers. I heard plenty of horror stories. I picked three moving companies off yelp and got quotes, one never got back with me, one was extremely rude, and the last was integrity movers, who gave me a great price and were extremely pleasant and helpful. The day if the move they arrived exactly on time and even though my driveway was difficult and I had more than a few awkward pieces, they were upbeat, positive and a pleasure to be around. This was our first experience using movers and I don't think we'd ever do it the old way (begging friends and family for help) ever again. It was worth it to not break our backs or lose our sanity. The staff was very timely in correspondence and provided an estimate quickly. Once booked they called the day before to confirm everything again and answer any questions we had. The three movers arrived on the big day on time and wasted no time getting to work. They were a well-oiled machine, packing up the truck quickly and efficiently. I wasn't going to choose Integrity Movers at first because another company had quoted me a slightly lower price. But for whatever reason I had a good feeling about IM and just decided to go with them. Jeff was very friendly on the phone and really made me feel comfortable hiring movers (my first time). About 4 days before our moving date, we realized our floor repairs are running a day late and it won't be possible to move as planned. I call Jeff, expecting to be in a predicament, and he bumps our moving date back one day before I can even explain the whole situation. Phew! The day of the move, the guys showed up on time and got right to work. Every time I saw them move a big piece of furniture, I was more glad I had chosen to hire them instead of try to do it myself. They make it look easy. The move took a few hours longer than we had planned, but the guys were in great spirits all day long. All very friendly and easy to work with. So friendly in fact that, part way through the day I left our original home to prep some stuff at the new place, and a few hours later when my wife and the movers arrived, she already had a series of inside jokes with the crew. We laughed through the whole unload. When everything was finished, we were disappointed that we had to say goodbye to our new friends! It was horrible services. Three guys came and move 2 cougches for an hours. Very slow move and lot of break time but they only took of an hour break. Totally over charged. Estimate time for all big furniture was 4 hours but they takes 8 and 1/2 hous. Not even finish to clear work. And also actual appointment was 9AM but shows up 11:30AM. Terrible customer service!!!!! Dominique and Mark did an excellent job moving my things from a first floor flat to a townhouse condo, which means stairs! I had a couple of difficult pieces; they discussed how to get them upstairs until they decided on the best method. It seemed they breezed up once they choose the correct option. They were very respectful of me and each other and very willing to answer questions and follow my requests. There were a few boxes that did not make it upstairs; perhaps I did not stress the labels enough. The lighter boxes, no problem; there are two I cannot lift. Finding a mover is a daunting task. Reviews seem to vary vastly. In addition, more than any other business, movers have huge numbers of reviews that Yelp filters. It makes you think that false reviews are added to boost a business' rating or to harm a competitor's. Ultimately, you just want to find someone that is not going to damage the home you are moving from, the home you are moving to, and your belonging. I can attest that Integrity Movers did a good job for us. We had some very heavy furniture and a piano to move. The owner came out to inspect the piano and to help his crew load it onto the truck to ensure it would be moved without damage. Overall, we were pleased. Our new home, the old home, and our things were not damaged. Integrity Movers provided respect to us and our belongings. Their assurance certainly put us at ease. The crew worked hard and their prices were reasonable. read more

It is ironic they call themselves Integrity Movers, as they have none. I had to fire this company this afternoon for a move upcoming on Saturday, 9/8. David failed to schedule my appointment properly. I received no confirmation call the week of the move - despite his promises I would receive one - and he did not return any of my voice mails. In fact, he turned his phone off so all calls went straight to voice mail. I would be leery of the reviews on here boasting of great service, as they are likely generated by the owner and his employees. Fortunately, I was able to find a new mover who was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Again, beware of Integrity Movers. read more

While our move was not recent, I just came across our paperwork from our move and realized I never wrote the review I promised I would. I cannot say enough good things about the crew that moved us in two stages. We needed to clear out my quilting studio to get our house ready for sale and Jeff and his team handled everything like pros - even moving my 14' longarm quilting machine to our new house. Then we put our old house on the market and when it sold hired Jeff and his team again. We have a lot of antiques and treasures and I was very concerned about damage. The guys were careful and only one piece of furniture in two truck loads had a scratch from one of the straps holding it in the truck. They were efficient, cared about their job and our property and if I moved again I would hire them again. I wish I could remember the names of the guys but they were great. The movers were Chad and JR, these guys are pros and funny. They were quick and didn't bang of any of my stuff. The next day they had to finish up with another move with a complicated super bed that needed to be disassembled and reassembled in its new location, they did it effortlessly. Figured all these good reviews were a crock, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a simple short move into a 2 story. The pricing was competitive and the workers did a great job. Over 6 hours they took a few short breaks and a lunch and documented it all and subtracted their breaks from my total bill. They didn't charge any extras, they were fine k with how we packed stuff even things in plastic bags. No one was complaining about heavy furniture or the 90 degree weather and they were thankful for a simple bottled water. All nice guys. read more

The movers showed up without as much as a single roll of tape. I had communicated that I would need help packing some of the items, but that was clearly overlooked, as after an hour of the movers sitting around in the truck doing nothing I received an angry call from Jeff telling me that they wouldn't pack for me. I had to leave and spend several hundred dollars in packing supplies, then proceed to pack everything myself while the movers took several more long breaks and waited around the truck without helping. At 5PM they left with whatever was in the truck to move it to the new place. They left so many items behind that it took me and a friend 3 more days and multiple car loads to finish the move. I ended up having to use vacation days and work several hours a day packing and unpacking cars with the items that were left behind. The real kicker was receiving a bill for $1480. The original quote was for $900. This bill was for 9 hours of work, of which at least 2-3 the workers did absolutely nothing. I paid without complaining but am leaving a review so others know what to expect. This was my first time using a moving company and will probably be my last. read more

My initial contact with Jeff was very pleasant as well as thorough. I believe my estimated stated an arrival time between 9-10am, the 2 man crew of movers arrived at 9:30am. Greg and Mike did a great job considering my furniture was heavier than anticipated. The took extreme care in moving my items from a 1st floor to a 2nd floor apartment. I have never updated a review before, but felt strongly enough about my latest experience with Integrity Movers to do so. I don't know what changed in the three years since I last used them, but the change has not been for the better. I was so pleased with the last experience I decided to use them again for an upcoming move, and spoke with Jeff the owner who said my desired move date shouldn't be a problem and promptly sent an estimate. I was moving fewer items within a shorter distance but the quote this time was considerably higher. After speaking with Jeff he agreed to negotiate a lower price for my move and sent a revised estimate with my desired move date on it at the new rate. I was ecstatic and relieved; I confirmed immediately, and thought I could rest easy knowing my move would be handled by a company I felt I could trust. Moments after my confirmation I received an email from Jeff with a backhanded apology that suddenly the date I needed was no longer available due to a "huge office move" and asking me to reschedule. No further explanation (calendar mixup, etc.) was provided. So basically my move and retaining my business, despite being a returning customer, was not a priority to them despite having confirmed the date; lowering the price clearly made me less of a priority. I reluctantly agreed to a date change until I found a mover who could do the date I needed, then cancelled with Integrity. All business to them is apparently not valuable business. Where before I felt I was working with a company that actually cared during the first move, this time around proved otherwise. If you're a business or corporation, use Integrity; they'll be happy to shove the little guy aside to bend over backwards to handle your move. Individuals, I advise you to look elsewhere; if your experience is anything like this recent one of mine, Integrity is not a reliable choice for you unless you wish to adjust your schedule to fit theirs and pay a minimum of $600-$700 to move a two-bedroom apartment's worth of belongings. read more

Jeff and his crew were 'assigned' to us for a large piece of furniture we ordered that needed delivery and assembly. I was a bit worried since the choice was out of my hands and I have never used this type of service in the past. I was pleasantly surprised. The movers were personable and professional, conscientious, and worked diligently (the task ended being more complex and taking much longer due to the vague instructions provided). After the job was completed and there were issues due to the furniture supplier's error, Integrity Movers continued to be responsive and helpful. This was our first experience with professional movers and it was great! We moved from a four story town house into a two story home and the steps in the first place were no joke! The owner Jeff was kind and helpful over the phone and Chad, JR, and Chuck were great to work with. I felt terrible for making the guys work so hard and trudge up and down the steps while I stood back and watched... and ate (I'm currently pregnant and not super helpful in carrying heavy stuff), but the guys joked with us and did an awesome job throughout the long day. They packed the truck safely and carefully and fit a surprising amount of stuff in there! They had their own tools and disassembled the furniture with no trouble. Since the move took longer than expected (who knew we had so much crap?!) we didn't have them put it back together... but they offered! Again, it was the first time hiring movers, but the price seemed reasonable and they drove out to Ann Arbor for us. We would definitely recommend working with Integrity Movers :) read more
