We started at $167/month, but within just six months, they raised it to $437/month, and the following year it jumped again to $533/month. That's over triple the original price with no improvement in service or facility conditions. Even worse, when we recently emptied the unit, we discovered all of our furniture was completely destroyed by mold. Mold was growing up the walls and had embedded into our wood pieces beyond repair. The climate-controlled unit we were promised was anything but--every time we visited, it was hot and extremely humid. It's clear there was zero effort to maintain proper temperature or humidity levels, despite that being part of what we were paying for. We trusted Public Storage to protect our possessions and they failed us. Now we're left with thousands of dollars in damage and no accountability from the company. Avoid this location at all costs
