Then when I was in physical therapy for 12 sessions too. This luxurious spa is Very Welcoming upon checking in at the front desk along with a very clean environment. What should have been a simple explanation regarding my credits and gift cards turned into a confusing, rude, and stressful encounter because of constant interruptions and an unprofessional attitude. Customer service basics and respectful communication go a long way, especially in a spa environment where clients are supposed to leave feeling cared for and relaxed. At the end of the day, the front desk is the face of the location and often the first and last impression clients leave with. Unfortunately, this experience left me unable to recommend this location to others.

But…read morehere it is and here you are reading it now: Truly, massage therapy doesnt get any better than here at BMT. You could easily go somewhere else and pay a lot more but you wouldn't get a better massage. The entire place has an uplifting vibe and the therapists are seriously gifted. Massage therapy is their calling! Deb is fantastic. She is strong and purposeful: she finds tension in places I didn't know were the least bit tight. I feel delightfully disoriented after my sessions with Deb, like, just let me sit here in the lobby and get my brain back in order. Lol! Jerry is an amazing experience! On the table, with the Bemer for pain; hot towels; hot stones... and, If you've never tried shiatsu on the floor mat -- or even if you think you have -- Jerry's shiatsu is like massage infused with meditation, stretch, breath, mind/body connection... I can't describe it, you just have to try it. So now, your biggest problem is who to book your massage with... you can't go wrong! Just call and they'll help you figure it out! BMT is a Diamond in the rough and I'm grateful to them as an important part of upkeeping my mental and physical health.

I would think they'd would have reached out to me to properly explain or to make good on my service that they should have provided in the first place. For privacy purposes my name has been changed, however, the businesses that I post reviews on can, if needed verify that I did receive service at the date and time. Date and Time of service ; January 2nd, Friday, original appointment was 2:30 then I changed and checked in at 3:30. My massage started at approximately 3:48 Marianne was done and out of the room at 4:36. I booked an appointment with Marianne for what I thought The Remedy - see pic for description of what "The Remedy is supposed to be. I DEFINITELY would NOT waste your money, nor if I was the owner, put that it was OUR signature treatment! What I did get was an hour NOT 75 minutes, it was light to moderate rubbing and pressure with finger on muscles holding for a min then moving on, never a hint of aromatherapy at all, nothing remotely pertaining to the sinuses. The description goes on to say that you will be massaged with lavender and black seed oil, I can't be certain if that was used or not, however every 20-30 seconds she would stop and have to get more lotion on her hands, not once did she touch/massage my face, chest or neck massaged. The sounds that were playing, correction- the sound that was on was one tone for the first 50" minutes the last 10 was a mix of low to high pitch. My ocd/add was all over it ! Awful ! The last 20 minutes was her using the tips of her fingers to press the back of my neck, holding it for at least 2 minutes then moving to the sides pressing against the neck muscles. I feel like a complete fool to just hand $105 dollars for a half @&& rubdown. I did give Marianna a $20.00 dollar tip, that's almost a 20% tip. I figured my review would speak for itself, as she did allow me to come in at a later time than I had previously scheduled, for that she was compensated. I cannot stress how disappointed I am ! Really was hoping for a great treatment ! I actually bought a gift certificate for a friend to Ora !! Uugghh wish I hadn't after this experience. Lastly, as the saying goes.... Looks are deceiving. It's the work they do inside that you want ... who cares how pretty it looks..

So I've been there few times already, did the HydraFacial and deep tissue massage…read more The place is very clean, almost too sterile for being a SPA and the staff is very friendly. For the HydraFacial I have mixed reviews. I got a package of 3 as it came to a much lower cost and all 3 were inconsistent. First two were fine by the same person and first one was rushed (that is the feeling I got), the second one was very nice and I was able to see how much junk was cleaned, the third one was done by a diffetent person after more than 30 minutes delay... also had a feeling it was rushed and my face did not felt as good a after the second one (in the following days and weeks). So I'm not sure if I'll be back for any of these... The reason I'm giving the place 4 stars is Halina. She is the best masseuse ever! I go there for a deep tissue massage and she takes an amazing care of me. She definitely knows what she is doing, she targets the issue and makes it go away. Very well educated in not only the physical aspect of the body but also spiritual and mental and how it impacts our body and muscle tension. She constantly learns new things and tries to improve. I always leave so relaxed, I could go there once a week if only the price was better. Highly recommend Halina if you are looking for a good massage and professional masseuse.
