First off; if your office opens at 8 am how is someone to call and speak to someone prior to that time ? That's a ridiculous statement to make. Especially when all your correspondence states you must speak to someone, not leave a voicemail. Secondly, what is your CoVID policy? Not sure if you are any different than any other provider; but most people don't want people with CoVID in their office. In the past 2 years, I have not once left a bill open ; you have NEVER had to bill me as I pay In full at the time is service. I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism portrayed today and will not ever return to this office; and I will make sure to post this review. Do not bother to bill me as I will NOT pay for a missed appointment when the phone call was made in the time frame allotted and I have CoVID! You might want to retrain your front desk staff.

He started pulling teeth in my…read moremouth knowing I was on Medicaid in 2016, claiming that with every set of TT taken I would be eligible for partial dentures only to find out after the fact that I wasn't. 16th lighter, and many appointments later, he still left me without a partial Dental plate to cover the teeth that he had pulled promising me would be covered under his Dental firm in my insurance. Then I go in in 2020 with a sheared tooth, the end of 2020, and because I had sniffles they wouldn't allow me to come in saying that I had covid symptoms. They cancelled my appointment, and left me laying in pain for months upon months! Then when I finally be on my pressing point in pain to try to get it dealt with, I go in to tell him that I have another tooth that is now sheared, and they tell me that they're not any longer accepting my insurance, and that I would have to seek another dentist. When I requested my dental records to be able to go seek immediate dental treatment for the Emergency occurring, they told me they would get back to me and let me know when and what records I can get and how much it would cost me! This dentist office is beyond unprofessional because during the whole debate, the secretary even had the nerve to tell me the last time I had been in was 2016! They can't even read their own damn records to know when you come into their office and when the last time you got treatment! Whatever you do do not waste your time with this dentist office, because if they cannot be professional enough to stand behind what they say when they pull teeth out of your mouth, then you cannot trust anything that worthless staff has to say

The dentist lets assistants do fillings, and they're done poorly and without regard for the way teeth are actually supposed to be shaped. I had so much nerve damage that I needed a root canal. They also refused to release my x-rays to me electronically after I went to another dentist, so I had to pay for a second set out of pocket because insurance wouldn't cover two full sets of x-rays in the same year. Please do not go here. He does not do good work, and his follow-up care is abysmal.

Too much pain when tightening my metal pieces onto my implants. He extracted the implant (without sedation or Lidocaine injections) ,and it seemed very intentional He torqued it out of the bone and the implant had tissue on it. I am asking for compensation for only receiving 8 of the 9 implants and without compensation soon I will obtain legal help for the loss of the implant and add to it the pain suffering and emotional trauma I endured at the hands of Samosh.
