He was verbally abusive and yelled at me in the Dentist chair while shoving the dental bridge in my mouth while temporarily gluing it in, all the time ranting about how I didn't know what I was talking about. He actually told me to shut up! After 3 other consults with other Dentists they all concurred that this Dentist didn't get the bridge right. They couldn't believe nor could I that he thought this was an acceptable bridge. Apparently, he lacked the expertise to finish the job correctly.

My teeth were SUPER messed up and it was a process even before I got the braces on. I was thankful that I did NOT have to get any of my adult teeth pulled after another orthodontist had suggest that route. I am so thankful we found Dr. Sadler. Dr. Sadler has been there for me every step of the way. I am happy to say these past few years I now just wear my retainer as needed. I am thankful my parents took me to Dr. Sadler for braces. I can't imagine what my teeth would look like today without them. Having braces at times wasn't fun. Such as breaking brackets and poking wires. However the staff at Dr. Sadler's office always got me in quickly to fix any problems. I loved that I always had the options to change up my band colors as well. Braces isn't an overnight magic solution. It's a process but absolutely so worth it! As an adult I am grateful I went through the braces process as a kid/teenager. My process was a bit longer than most because of how complicated my teeth are. However my brother for example had braces for only a short amount of time and his teeth look AMAZING. Such a fun place to receive treatment. They really make getting braces special. We aren't done treatment yet, but so far we've noticed a nice difference in my son's smile. Dr. Sadler always checks in after the techs complete work to let us know if we are on track or what to expect. He's super friendly as well and not intimidating at all. I suspected that there was something more to why my progress from my former ortho was going nowhere. Seeing the dentists at Hallmark confirmed my suspicions and gave me more info in ONE appointment than I've gotten in THREE years with my last place. I could have saved so much time and money! This was our first visit; the office welcoming but there was a sign upon entrance, showing first names of patients for that day. Little details such as this really made the appointment a very enjoyable time. All of the staff were very genuinely friendly, my son didn't have a hard time opening up or make me do the talking for him. He was thrilled to get a "Sadler" chap-stick after his X-rays ; he was actually speaking so much during the appointment, I had to do a few double takes. Lol He is getting his braces this week, he's excited for the entire experience. My teeth are straighter but not worth the $8,000++ and 2 years of braces I endured. I think they should have used spacers or left the braces on for a longer duration. They also state they have a guarantee on your retainers, but if you need a new one it will cost at least $200. I am not happy with the results of the orthodontics. That said, I had no issues with either doctors or staff.
