Dr. Kolman is extremely friendly and personable with a great bedside manner. I ended up having to get a crown, and so far the process has been painless and quick. They are very hard to get a hold of and dont answer their phone. I just called to tell the dentist about how I was treated by Katie and no one is picking up their phone. If you want to be laughed at, hung up on, and have an overall bad experience make sure to ask for Katie. They have really high turnover. I never have the same dental hygienist. Watch out they are also pushing Invisalign. I have perfectly straight teeth and was given a presentation about Invisalign last time I was there that really put me off. I felt like they were selling me stuff instead of caring about my medical concerns. It's a shame how downhill this place has gone.
