I sent a request through their online form after business hours, and I had a response at 8 AM the next day. I met with Justin, and he was friendly and professional. I told him I had had a bad experience in the past with an accountant charging me hourly and ending up with a huge bill. He agreed to give me a set price and told me about it up front. No hidden fees. I got him my paperwork about 3 weeks before the deadline, and he had everything done within a week. He called with bad news-I owed a TON of money, but he did a great job of helping me find things that I could expense that I missed. He helped reduce what I owed by about a quarter. He helped me file for both my small businesses-real estate and photography, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him!

From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and always made me feel like I was in good hands. He was able to accomplish more than I ever imagined possible, and the outcome exceeded all of my expectations. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed, treated me with respect, and fought for the best possible result. Michael Walker was truly a blessing during one of the most stressful times of my life. I don't know how I'll ever be able to thank him enough for everything he has done. If you need an attorney who will go above and beyond for you, Michael Walker is the one to call. I am forever grateful and highly recommend him to anyone in need of outstanding legal representation.

I found myself in a bit of a pickle after getting a speeding ticket for going 27 mph over the limit, plus a citation for a headlight issue. I was focused on my GPS and completely missed that the speed had gone from 55 mph zone to a 30 mph zone and the police officer was waiting on me with lights on. I was very anxious about the possibility of points on my license from this one incident that could cause a suspension of my licence in Indiana. But from our very first chat, Mr. Walker made me feel confident and at ease. He's a wonderful communicator, was always quick to respond and eager to assist me with the legal process. His advice also encouraged me to become a better driver. To my amazement, Mr. Walker Esq. managed to get my case completely dismissed! I honestly didn't think it was possible. I believe his exceptional character and legal skills played a huge role in achieving this. I can honestly say I wouldn't want another lawyer besides him to represent me. I am forever thankful!

We had a difficult listing due to zoning and planning restrictions, and Loy pulled out all the stops to shepherd it through the process every step of the way, and he got us top-dollar. But his service was more than that. He took us on as a do-or-die case, pulling out all the tricks in both his realtor and his attorney bags, to keep up hopeful when it looked like it would fall through, and to do what we needed to do to put our best foot forward. I would recommend Loy Carney to anyone selling a house. I would imagine he'd do a buyer just as good a job, as he has all the connections of a seasoned veteran realtor. He was personable, resourceful, and I honestly don't think five stars are enough. Loy is outstanding.

Extremely frustrating experience with Progessive Insurance through Southwestern Insurance Group. We…read morehave called at least 4 to 5 times trying to reach the agent who originally signed us, and not once have we received a call back. We're also received texts asking us to call, but when we do, no one answers- and again no follow - up. This became especially aggravating when we needed something time sensitive handled - updating our loan number for a refinance which should've been a simple request turned into an unnecessarily stressful situation due to the complete lack of communication. At this point, we have lost confidence in this office entirely. We are planning to switch insurance providers and will be possibly filing a formal complaint regarding the lack of responsiveness and support. When it comes to Insurance, basic communication should not be this difficult. I would not recommend this Office to anyone expecting reliable service.

My new insurance company even sent formal cancellation letters, and they still claim they have "nothing on record." Before trying to cancel, I spent time trying to set up a policy renewal meeting with Justine, who inevitably clearly had no idea what she was talking about and didn't even have my information prepared. It completely wasted my time. After that, Brian and/or Thomas repeatedly called me during business hours even though I specifically requested no calls during those times. I also repeatedly asked for cancellation and no further contact, which was ignored. On top of all this, their quotes are outrageously expensive compared to other insurers. Unorganized, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating to deal with. At this point I'm just hoping this doesn't end up costing me hundreds of dollars for a policy I cancelled over a month ago and already replaced with new insurance.

A few hours pass by and we hear nothing, I call one more time to follow up and they say that she has a customer in her office and she'll call us before end of day.
