I found Byron Glover of Glover & Glover through Yelp and he quickly responded to my messages and invited me in to have a look at our documents. Our meeting was informative, thorough, and after 20-30 minutes I was convinced he would handle our situation accurately and professionally. After turning in all our tax documents we had a finalized return less than two weeks later. He charged a reasonable rate (lower end of what I was quoted at other firms in Williamson County) and the overall process was painless. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a CPA and will use him in the future.

He worked with me on cost and met with me multiple times within a single week to ensure that everything was addressed and filed prior to the deadline. The most important aspect to me however was his knowledge and confidence in addressing my anxiety and ignorance. To me this was all a completely new experience. It is hard to put into words the panic you feel when you open a letter stating you owe the government thousands of dollars, but not only did Jon assuage every worry I had, he also saved me over $8,000. I sent a request through their online form after business hours, and I had a response at 8 AM the next day. I met with Justin, and he was friendly and professional. I told him I had had a bad experience in the past with an accountant charging me hourly and ending up with a huge bill. He agreed to give me a set price and told me about it up front. No hidden fees. I got him my paperwork about 3 weeks before the deadline, and he had everything done within a week. He called with bad news-I owed a TON of money, but he did a great job of helping me find things that I could expense that I missed. He helped reduce what I owed by about a quarter. He helped me file for both my small businesses-real estate and photography, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him!
