Since using White Knight we literally have zero issues with pests. Wasps, spiders, roaches...mostly gone from the parameter of our house. I am not a customer and for a now obvious reason. A technician came to my house, rang the doorbell for a possible sale pitch. I wasn't home but this didn't stop him from spraying, who knows what, all over my herbs, fruits and vegetables....without authorization and captured by my Ring doorbell. I had to toss away an entire herb garden, peppers, arugula, micro greens, blackberries, tomatoes. I am disgusted and can't imagine this is legal by any means, to randomly spray any home with chemicals without authorization! Stay clear. read more

Had a horrible experience with billing department. Based on the service agreement provided and detailed it shows there are 12 payments (picture attached) They are wanting to assume the first payment is not included since it's an initial service. An initial service is the start of a service! Spoke to Alisha - "manager at customer advocate" she was going back and forth with me stating that's a disregarded service since it's a flush out. The first service is the start of a service which included a promotional price which is the perk to sign a 12 month (12 total payment) agreement - with 7 services (S) This is completely based on the signed and agreed upon service agreement. Anything outside of what is stated on this agreement is based on an assumption and not what is signed upon. This entire process has been with billing and trying to end this contract has been a pain! Would never recommend White Knight to anyone. Their "bi-monthly service" was also bad is still had pests and bugs and I have a very clean home. I had to respray at minimum 2 times with my own purchased pesticides because their products did absolutely nothing. read more

They can improve on having integrity! They came to my home, pushy to do "a free service". I said no , my son was with me . I told the two "kids" my son was LAYED OFF (jobless) and I'm trying to help him, can't afford services nor would I get services after hell with HAWX pest control, I refuse to use another company. We will continue doing it ourselves. They opened an account in my jobless son's name using an email of theirs, signed a contract in his name. Finding this out only after receiving a bill for almost $400.00 for ONE so called free service. Which I told them no repeatedly. They closed the account but have yet to remove the charges. They should be charged with fraud. UPDATE!! After your comment I called they said the account is closed. My son just got a collection letter that y'all sent his account to collections. Yet customer service says there is nothing sent to collections and nothing under my address. Where they claim service was done! Second call to y'all and being denied to speak with a supervisor. Luke came by my house yesterday. He rang my doorbell, which my dogs dislike, so I went out to see what was up. I pointed out my No Soliciting signs but Luke assured me that he ignored those. We ended up having a nice chat and I even signed up for the program. I cancelled the program because I remembered a promise to never do business with someone who failed at basic courtesy and respect. Ignoring my sign, demanding that I interrupt my life to hear a pitch, fails at basic courtesy. If a company cannot be bothered to show that tiny courtesy, why would I do business with them. This seems to be a recurring theme with White Knight so I wonder if it is a policy. read more

Please be wary with this company. We were approached by a salesman at our front door who convinced us to switch to their service. I asked the salesman what would happen if the service did not work, he simply stated "we guarantee it will work". Their service in fact did not work and we had to have them come back to re-service multiple times. When the last technician came out to service our home, we realized that the previous technicians did not complete all steps of the service like they were supposed to. She completed all of the steps, the previous technicians did not. The service only worked and lasted when the last technician came out, because she completed all of the required steps for the service. Additionally, we asked them to give us a time frame in advance about when they plan to be here. At least give an hour or two heads up same day, that was perfectly fine. Instead, we were notified when the technician was 5 minutes away. Which infringes on our plans for the entire day. Customer service stated they would add a note to the account stating that we preferred mornings. I called customer service again (for an re-service) and the representative I spoke to stated that the note was not there and she would add it. With the scheduling issues and primarily the integrity issues, this built distrust with the company and caused dissatisfaction, so we cancelled the service. Even if they don't hold up their end of the agreement, you will still be charged a cancellation fee. I called customer service to explain why we had cancelled and the issues we'd been having. Rather than waiving the cancellation fee (even with them being in default of the contract), they instead offered discounted services moving forward. This is the worst and only bad experience we've had with any pest control company. I hope this review will provide some insight and help them reevaluate their practices for future customers. I gave 2 stars because Tanya was still great! Aside from letting us know 5 minutes upon arrival rather than giving more notice, she completed more steps of the service than previous technicians and we had no major issues with insects after her service! Their service agreement mentions "BBB" as if they are BBB accredited, upon further research, they are not BBB accredited and had their accreditation REVOKED due to numerous reasons that can be found on the BBB site. This is deceptive and I would highly suggest being cautious if you were to consider them for your pest control needs. Although I appreciate the attempt to reassure consumers that they have a service guarantee and will provide free re-servicing, I'm not comfortable paying monthly for a service and a company that does not truly practice integrity and that does not hold up their end of an agreement. read more

Here's what happened: They offered a "discounted" price for an initial treatment, but this so-called discount is actually a trap -- if you cancel, they charge back the full undiscounted amount (about $600), which is essentially the entire annual contract paid in full, even if you never receive another service. It's a built-in penalty masked as a benefit. The first visit was supposed to include wall treatment, full perimeter spraying, and key pest zones like behind appliances -- what I actually got was a basic floorboard spray and an outdoor check. They claimed to have removed wasp nests, but left at least one that I know was there. By the second visit (45 days later), it became clear this was a pattern. The technician parked outside for 45 minutes, likely on his phone, then did a quick spray around the outside and left without entering the house. When questioned, the company confirmed more work was supposed to be done, including inside and in the fenced area -- but nothing was completed. I removed my payment method out of frustration, and instead of addressing the issue, I received aggressive messages demanding payment, citing their 12-month contract. But a contract is mutual -- if services aren't rendered, I don't owe continued payment. To be clear: I'm not a business owner, but I know that charging full price for partial or skipped work is fraud. I paid for service. I got excuses. I'm now being threatened over a service that wasn't delivered. I'm ready to go to court over this, because it's wrong -- and others need to be warned. I used White Knight for four years. They text you less than 24 hours before they want to come to your home, which is inconvenient if you want them to spray inside but you work. Once, I watched the guy on my camera from work come up, put a hanger on my door saying he'd been there and left. I called and they came back out the next day, but it left me very uneasy about this company. Then, for a while, they only seemed to come when it's raining. Then, I went to cancel today, and you have to talk to maybe four people before they'll do that. Then, if you don't cancel with 30 days notice, they charge you a fee that's essentially for a full service. They make it VERY hard to cancel, even if you're not in contract. read more

I hired White Knight Pest Control to help with mosquitoes. They never talked to me about possible problem areas. They never spoke about mosquitoes in the yard or trees or leaves or even in plant water reservoirs. I had to ASK and then was told 'yeah, they could be there'. They would come out and spray my wooden fence and that was it. I would have to ASK for my back porch and other places to be sprayed. Then I canceled service. They sent me a 'pending termination notice and said I needed to talk to them. I was on vacation in Hawaii and sent that I would call them when I got back. They serviced my yard while I was gone and charged me anyway. Aggressive sales tactics for terrible customer service and they did not do everything they said at signup. We were told indoor and outdoor treatments and to call if we had any pest problems. They never came inside our home even after we told them about an ant infestation that we had to take care of ourselves. They poorly communicated service appointments, only worked on their schedule, and refused to reschedule without an extra charge then expected you to pay extra for not leaving them access to your yard when you are not home. Then when your contract is up and you try to cancel service they charge you extra payments. read more

Right after that, the bugs came back, I noticed because the service was done so quickly, a lot was missed. They sent someone back to reapply the product, but I was not home, so it was only done on the outside of the house. Again, no results. After multiple breaches of contract by White Knight, we informed them we were terminating them. The customer service rep was incredibly rude and even yelled at my husband. White Knight proceeded to charge our credit card $200 for canceling their (non) service early. After providing documentation to our credit card company, they agreed White Knight was indeed in breach of contract and rescinded their payment to White Knight. They're very responsive, they're always looking for ways to improve issues around your home and they never try to upsell you or over sell. We've been very happy with our service. The quality of their work has drastically decreased while increasing rates. I've had to call them back several times for the same issue. I had a sales guy show up at my house to sell me the same service that I'm already paying for. One would have checked first if I was a current customer. Alter I told him that he said that the visit was to make sure everything is being taken care of. BS.
