This was after I had called my regular pest control company who refused to help me. He seems very adept at handing unusual pest problems, and I'm so glad we have a resource like him. He was very helpful in giving me the benefit of his experience working with this particular problem (birds), and when I had a small issue with a part of the spikes coming down a year later, he came right out the next day and reattached for me. I am a senior and it's hard for me to reach higher places. Jake is reliable, friendly and reasonable and I would recommend his company in a heartbeat. In fact if my current pest control company gives me reason to take my business elsewhere, he's the one I'll choose!

It's sad when a business will not celebrate repeat business. Instead wants to charge a single mother another $500 for her piece of mind to make sure the problem is gone. Very big disappointment.
