I actually love their installers and their product, but Pamela is very unprofessional and shows a complete lack of customer service skills. I had to escalate to Dr. Huffman (owner??) to complain of her lack of communications. She called me today to insult me and tell me that I was forcing her to abandon her child at home to service me. Of course this is not correct, but apparently GGA Pest does not provide her a backup so she had to cover. I did not deserve her verbal insults or her attempts to guilt me as it did not work. If they provide a different person to work with I will remain a customer, but will not if I have to deal with Pam. I warn everyone that if you want good customer service then do not go to Christmas Décor and talk to Pam.
