He was very helpful in giving me the benefit of his experience working with this particular problem (birds), and when I had a small issue with a part of the spikes coming down a year later, he came right out the next day and reattached for me. I am a senior and it's hard for me to reach higher places. Jake is reliable, friendly and reasonable and I would recommend his company in a heartbeat.
