My actual score is .2 but that and not a 0 star, because the highschool kid who I complained to…read moreactually sounded like she had sympathy and was going to try to get it fixed for me. I took my SUV in to get a car wash, and was disappointed when it was still almost as dirty on the back of the vehicle as before it was washed. I asked one of the young ladies and they said that this was due to the shape of the vehicle, but, as I mentioned above it sounded like she cared and would get the manager. . Ok so, all the other car washes that I go to in other areas can do it, but at THIS car wash, it's my SUV' design that prevents it from getting clean. Gotcha, geniuses. I asked for the manager and he came and repeated the same retardedness. He offered that I should sign up for a $45 detail. I said that for $25 at most places in eastern northern VA, (at the time) I get just as good a job, or better, than his $45 job. I went further to explain that the reason why the other car washes get the back of SUV's clean is that they pre-wash the back of the vehicle before it goes through. Yeah, they actually had the forethought to give the kid who operates the machine and puts the plastic cover on all rear wiper blades, a bucket with a brush and soapy water for this purpose. He said that he can't afford to do that because of the higher income in areas like Fairfax and blah blah blah. The man made no sense. I told him also that in those places, the per capita income may be higher but they charge less for a much better service. , I reminded him that they also wipe the car dry and use windex on the windows. The only way to get a car that looks ok from this place is to pay them over $40. Go somewhere else.

I've taken my car in twice for a full interior detail in the past 6 months and both times I…read morespecifically asked for them to remove the sticky residue left by a sticker on the windshield. The first time I was told they were out of adhesive remover. The second time I specifically made sure to point out the residue and that I wanted it removed. Was told it wouldn't be a problem when I dropped it off, but now they're out of adhesive remover again! Guess the moral of the story is don't bring your car here if you actually want more than a vacuum. They have lost my family's business.

Every attendant handed me off to the next person as appropriate and then toured me through the small waiting area for complimentary coffee, bathroom, and TV to change at will. Then, the guy (Josh) doing my car went through everything with me and showed me prices with choices and made recommendations based on my situation without the high pressure. They respond to texts within minutes, call you back promptly, do a great job of letting you know what to expect with scheduling and costs. Ace kept us informed of potential delays (e.g., parts) and the reason. Spontaneously sent videos and photos of the work in progress and completed. In the end, completed our job weeks faster than expected AND at a lower price than expected. Our camper looks great and everything checks out repair-wise.
