I was most impressed with Brayan, the owner of New Generation, whom I hired to tear down and remove a decomposing outbuilding on my property. On the day of the job, Brayan and his excellent team arrived promptly, they worked tirelessly and completed the removal of the building leaving the cement pad clean and free of all debris as agreed upon. Brayan and his team are courteous, helpful, respectful and efficient and I am very pleased with their follow-through.

I have an old house built in 1956 and I got into thinking that I wanted to give my kitchen a…read morefacelift since I spend a lot of time there. I wanted to just have the old original oak looking cabinet and doors painted . I did some research for painters and MoonDance appeared somewhere. I read good reviews about the company, I found out that they also do kitchens, they had impressive photos of kitchen renovations --https://moondancepainting.com/san-francico-marin-residential-commercial-painter/ and I wanted to deal with a family owned business. I called right away and I made an appointment and Steve, the owner, came to visit me. At once I felt at ease with him with his respectful demeanor and we started talking. He was a straight shooter kind of guy, and did a survey of the kitchen area. He asked me how long I've been staying there and was I planning to sell the house. I'll die in this house was my reply. He inspected the doors and cabinets and said I would be better off If I replace them since the old ones were made of stained plywood and particle boards. I will make you a beautiful good looking kitchen. He noticed that I also had a laminated countertop and recommended that I replace it too. He took measurements and photos and gave me a rate right there. It was a bit lower than what I expected. I said, let's do it. This is what I mean by feeling at ease with him. We hand shook and he emailed me the following day with his quote for me to peruse and sign. He emailed me 5 days later with a bit higher quote since the countertop company he was contracting with had increased their prices. It was still within my budget. Lori Olsen. the office Mgr. (very good in communicating with me) called me to ask when I want it scheduled to begin. They assigned Giovanni with Nena, Luis and Jossue. Everyone was cheerful, obliging and accommodating. Leaves everything clean before going home. All of them speak highly of Steve being a good employer. Albeit the time it took to finish the project (the pandemic), I am satisfied and happy that I had MoonDance Painting do the job.

ACE Top Quality Painting returned our call and came out right away!…read more We needed the whole exterior of our house painted last fall after putting up new siding. Since we had only put new siding on the front of the house, we had a mix of old wood, some damaged wood and new siding and trim that needed painting. ACE did a great job of prepping the house, repairing the damaged areas, and matching everything so that you couldn't tell the old areas from the new. The owner Tom told us stuff about paint we never knew. It was good to learn a little about the products we used. Tom made color and paint quality suggestions that turned out great; especially his advice about enhancing the color and the finish of the white we were using as the trim. His recommendation really made the house pop! We are glad we took his advice because the whole paint job looks great. The crew was nice and polite, too. They didn't damage our property or plants or any surrounding areas. It was super-hot outside at the time and the fires were still being put out, but the guys showed up every day and completed the job on time. I'm sure all the ash was an unexpected work challenge. And it was during COVID, so they had to wear masks while they worked. What a combo of things! Their work ethic and attitudes were amazing AND commendable under those trying circumstances. We're happy. (PS - Really appreciated the polite manners and no bad language or inappropriate talk on the job!!) All in all, a really good experience.
