This has got to be the worst service of any company I've ever encountered anywhere! DO NOT I…read morerepeat, DO NOT come here! My family went on vacation for Labor Day weekend and had to drive through here to Utah. On our way back, my truck broke down and we were stranded--2 kids under 3, two young teens, my wife and our dog. These people answered the phone and said they were open on Labor Day and for us to bring it right away. After that, no calls, no updates, and no return calls and them saying they'll "get to it when they get to it." It's now 3 days later and I had to have my truck towed AGAIN to the Ford Dealership. Brian is amazing and got me in right away. We wasted hundreds of dollars and lost thousands due to work missed and jobs I could not start being stranded 8 hours from home. We had to pay over $1200 in hotel & food, another $400 in Ubers and car rentals to get my family home on the 3rd day while I'm still here paying and stranded, so these are numbers as of the time I wrote this. I cannot tell you how crooked and full of it Fred and Freddie are. DO NOT COME HERE! Your response is an absolute crock! I called you yesterday afternoon, after HAVING TO CALL YOU AGAIN in the morning because your shop has zero communication. I left you a message, long before you closed and still was never returned a phone call and when I did actually get someone on the phone you had zero intention of fitting me in at all--you didn't run any diagnostics on it and told me you didn't even know when you could even look at it!!! If you ran a diagnostic and I owed you anything (which I don't because you're lying) why didn't you mention it while I was there this morning meeting the tow truck driver to tow it to a far more responsible and caring mechanic?? Here's my screenshot of the time I called you yesterday and left you a voicemail that went unreturned (and you wonder why I had the truck picked up????). Come on! And then your garbage about i "must have called before you opened" which is your CELL phone and you knew I was calling--at 8:29am, left you a message and you STILL didn't call back and I had to call you again 15mins later to tell you not to touch my truck because I have ZERO TRUST in people like you! Stranded family with babies and you're shocked I picked up my truck??? Wow!

So I'll start to say that this location is closed thanks to lovely COVID, but the location in…read moreOverton is open but Yelp does not list that one. So I got my windows tinted today after searching far and wide for at least a half decent job without paying an arm and leg. I found this guy! I gotta say, the communication is awesome, response time and detailed info. The pricing is what sold me, I only needed a total of 4 windows tinted, not too much of a big deal. I was quoted $125. Hell, I was getting quoted $250-300 for the same type of job from other people in Utah and Las Vegas. So getting to the location in Overton isn't anything shady to me, he gave me pretty decent directions so I didn't have an issue. Kind of a nice drive honestly since I have never been out this way. On arrival he meets me at the shop, he backs my car up for me and says I can have a seat anywhere etc. pretty clean place! He's a pretty chilled dude, him and I talked and shot the breeze while he was doing the job. Real friendly guy. It took a whopping 45 minutes and he didn't even seem like he was rushing. Just like butter. I did however, cleaned my windows as best as I could(he didn't charge me extra for clean prep). I'm not too sure how people have a hard time getting old window film off, my old film came off like nothing. Anyway, he explained to me to not roll down or up the windows for about 5 days, for the tint can bond properly I'm assuming. Good info to have, as I did not know that before all this. I decided to keep my tint legal. 35% up front, 20% back. My interior is charcoal black, but it looks a bit darker than 35! Looks real damn good. Honestly surprised me. 20% looked like 10! He uses Rayno S5 tint, and I did my research on that too. So far, after my many hours of internet searches I have found nothing but positive reviews on that kind of tint. After driving in 114 degrees today, I can tell a difference with the heat. My AC isn't sitting on the highest fan speed anymore just to keep me barely cooled down. In conclusion, of a long ass review; I recommend this guy and his tint products. If any damages happen, or bubbling and all that crap, I'll report back and update this review.

Since i just got back from a trip, it was full of bugs, so i said yes. I felt he was taking advantage by charging me for driving a Land Rover. He loves to talk, which may be his down fall. Even though he has all the right equipment/products in his van, he fails on the washing aspect. While drying off the car he completely forgot to clean the back hatch, the window, vacuum, rear seat windows, etc. The wheel rimes still had black stuff on them, the wheel wells had excess mud and the door jams had not been cleaned.
