We decided on an AeroCool - up to 7000 CFM with a 12" pad. Saul came and installed within a few days and the job was done right! Saul and Bodie are professional, very personable, and knowledgeable. We installed a new HVAC system two years ago and neglected to do routine maintenance since then…read more(except cleaning the washable air handler filter infrequently). The two technicians showed up on time yesterday (promised 9-10 AM) after sending an "on our way" text). They recommended using the pleated filters instead of the blue fiberglass variety. He had a 20"x25" pleated filter in the truck that was a little long for our space. So, he took a pair of shears, chopped off just enough, and used the cardboard form cleared of material to put a border back on! Voila! Another service was cleaning the fins (?) on the outdoor compressor. After turning off the power outside, he used a hose to flush out the accumulated detritus in the unit. Our system is back to working great again! I had a chance to speak with one of the brother/owners, Paul, this evening, to share my feedback on the service call. Sounds like a very nice guy. So I won't be using them for my little project, unfortunately. Unfortunately, I also will not be using them to start up and shut down my air conditioner again. The service was fine and they did it average job so I was happy with that, but the fact that they didn't give me a quote when I asked for one and then tried to give me a second quote after the fact was irritating and didn't demonstrate good customer service. You will pay a decent and fair price in line with other heating/cooling folks in town for air conditioning start up/shut down and heater start up/shut down. I can recommend them for that service. I cannot recommend them as far as getting a quote for any air-conditioning or heating jobs. I'm not sure what was going on with them, but they didn't give me any confidence that they might actually follow through with the job since I couldn't even get a quote from them. It's been months and I've not been contacted again about the potential job. Maybe give them a shot but don't be surprised if you are disappointed.

The condensation trap was proper improperly installed. There was some kind of oil in the heating element unit in the house smelled like burning oil for an entire month. They never pulled a permit and the unit was never properly inspected after installation still hasn't been and it doesn't really seem like they care if it gets done. Everything took forever to get resolved. I would not recommend this company for any service, especially the HVAC service.
