The only part I was displeased with was their low quality weather stripping. I peeled it off and installed my own. I think it just took a while for Entergy to get this program up and running.

Oh and there are ancient petroglyphs (rock carvings). Uhhhh, what kind of a jerk would I be to give this less than 5-stars?? FYI from what I can tell, this cave shelter has several names...Indian Rock Cave AKA Indian Rock House AKA Indian Rock House Cave AKA Edgemont Shelter. And most of the rock art is located on the west side of the shelter. You can see the depiction of several human figures as well as a four-legged animal of some variety. There are also a number of lines and geometric shapes. Rad! You can access the shelter in a couple of different ways. There is a museum in the Indian Hills Golf Course parking lot and another log cabin next to it. There's a short trail with some stairs that start at the log cabin. You can also access the shelter from the golf course itself. Took the kids on a nice neat-ture walk along the trail that runs in front of the cave along with a stretch of cool rock formations. Easy hike for the most part - or you can always bail onto the golf course. We did get some bug bites and did see poison ivy along the trail. Forgot my measuring devices, but from what I've read, the rock shelter is a 100 feet wide, 50 feet high, and 97 feet deep. I've never been able to handle spelunking, so this is kinda the perfect cave size for this girl who is terrified of being underground and in tight spaces. None of that necessary here!

We called multiple times for a delivery and got the run around - 30-40 minute wait to speak to a representative every time, deliveries promised multiple times, no local service - and then, when we finally cancelled service, they told us tank pick up would be $299 dollars plus another $159 for service fees. If you want horrible service, go with Amerigas. If you actually want GOOD service and get to speak with someone immediately, we have spoken with companies in and near Little Rock and already 100% more satisfied. AMERIGAS IS UNETHICAL AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

They have caused significant damage including to my sprinkler system and I can't talk to anyone at the company. It's virtually impossible to reach anyone locally. I have been assured time and again by their CS dept., when I can understand them, that I would be receiving a call but one has never come. I am taking my business to Ferrell Gas which I can call and talk to someone right in their offices.

These pricks started a gas service account to my residence and scheduled an appointment to have the…read moregas turned on the next business day. No problem. However, the service appointment was cancelled unbeknownst to me because the live technician that started my account didn't provide me with pertinent information such as a "deposit" is required before the technician can travel to my address. In response, I called their customer service line completely confused 2 days after the fact, in which they responded by telling me I owed a $75.00 deposit and a live technician can't accept payment over the phone. (OK....I'm not a shitbag, and I wipe my ass with $75.00 and don't even need a wet wipe when I'm done.) The irritating part is they don't allow technicians to travel to a residence over the weekend, so I'm stuck for 3 more days before a technician can and turn it on. Also, the average full time employee works a full day on a Monday and the douchebags can't schedule a specific appointment time to be at your residence. The only thing they'll tell you is, "A technician will be available between the times of 8 am and 8 pm to turn on service at your residence. You MUST be there, and a technician will call you. If you do not answer, the service appointment will be cancelled again without notification." I'm not sure when the f*ck I started living in the stone age, but this shit is unreal ridiculous.
