Since moving in on February 14, 2025, I've dealt with a persistent and disturbing infestation of water bugs and spiders throughout the entire apartment including my bedroom, where a water bug actually crawled on me while I was in bed. Despite multiple complaints to management and repeated pest control visits, the problem was never resolved. I've seen bugs in every room of my unit, and the issue posed a serious health risk, especially with a very active 7-month-old child in the home. When I brought this to the attention of management again, Ashley, one of the property managers, told me there was no one above her I could speak to. She stated that the most they could do was continue spraying, and claimed the evidence I provided wasn't enough to allow me to move or be released from my lease. In the end, I was left with no real choice but to pay the expensive lease buyout fee just to get out of an unlivable situation. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and support from management throughout this entire process. Think twice before signing a lease here especially if you value a clean, pest-free home and responsive property management.

Greystone is by far one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever lived in. The unit had cobwebs, dead insects. We had to clean and sweep every part of the unit before moving in our furniture or personal items. The exterior of the buildings is dirty, with bugs and bird droppings everywhere. Maintenance rarely keeps up with cleaning or repairs. Parking is terrible in the evenings, there are tons of unmarked cars taking up spaces, and if you're not home by 6 PM, you'll have to park far away unless you pay extra for a reserved spot. The assistant manager, Kayla, even lives on-site, yet I've personally seen her and her guests ignoring community rules (for example, vaping in the pool area where smoking is prohibited). She also often parks in handicap and "future resident" spots overnight. Kayla owns a dog that I witnessed biting her -- despite the complex claiming to have a "no aggressive dogs" policy. I also watched her family member walking the same dog without a leash, completely disregarding the community's leash rule. Maintenance is unreliable, my dryer was broken for months, and after countless "quick fixes," it finally stopped working. When it failed completely over a weekend, I was told to use a laundromat until the following week, which was unacceptable. Dog waste is scattered throughout the property, so you have to watch your step constantly. Overall, this place is poorly managed, poorly maintained, and not worth the high rent they charge. I would not recommend Greystone Apartments to anyone.

The lawns is ALWAYS clean, fresh mowed (weather permitting) trashed is dumped and never let pile up at the dumpsters. The management staff is always ready to help if you have a problem, the maintenances guy will promptly get to or fix your problem most usually that day you request. It has a pool and the water is always clean as well as the area around it, it has a small fitness room as well which comes in handy. There are what they call single lever patio homes and they have the town homes, all with two bedrooms and two baths, all the apartment has their own private patios. Really nice, clean safe place to live. The best apartment complex in Cabot.

From the kitchen sink faucets to the commode leaked and I personally sent in numerous maintenance repair request and met with the usual response, "We will get to it as soon as we can." A year later and several more requests nothing was done. Insect control was out of the question there. Huge Wasp nest in the over hangs, we are talking huge number of wasps on side of the buildings. It was a daily battle and daily occurrence to be sting by one. Ants, roaches, fleas, ticks, etc. They refused to have the grounds sprayed. I was in a constant fear of my daughters and grandchildrens safety. The complex is dark and people wander the grounds at night. It is just not safe and not a good place to have family. My…read morewife and I live in the 8th building and I cannot speak for the rest of the buildings but for ours parking is a nightmare with over half of the cars in our section not having a parking sticker on a daily/nightly basis. We have been tenets for going on 4 months now and atleast 80% of the time I have to park on the street due to no open spaces went I get home from work and I get home at normal afternoon hours. For right at $600 a month I believe you should have the piece of mind knowing that I'm not going to have to carry groceries across the street,grass, and a parking lot to carry them up to my apartment.
