Since moving in on February 14, 2025, I've dealt with a persistent and disturbing infestation of water bugs and spiders throughout the entire apartment including my bedroom, where a water bug actually crawled on me while I was in bed. Despite multiple complaints to management and repeated pest control visits, the problem was never resolved. I've seen bugs in every room of my unit, and the issue posed a serious health risk, especially with a very active 7-month-old child in the home. When I brought this to the attention of management again, Ashley, one of the property managers, told me there was no one above her I could speak to. She stated that the most they could do was continue spraying, and claimed the evidence I provided wasn't enough to allow me to move or be released from my lease. In the end, I was left with no real choice but to pay the expensive lease buyout fee just to get out of an unlivable situation. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and support from management throughout this entire process. Think twice before signing a lease here especially if you value a clean, pest-free home and responsive property management.

The maintenance staff is always quick to arrive and repair anything that is needed, BUT I rarely have to call them because I've only had one or two issues in my apartment since I moved in! I also love that it seems like there is always an event happening. I don't always go to them, but it's nice to know that the option is there if I want to be social.
