A lot of the population around me were grad/med students or small families. Rent is not bad either! A one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is $500. However, management is hit-or-miss and parking is limited. You have one parking spot per apartment. If there is a second car you have (for a spouse, for example) they would have to park far away (in my case). The location for that second spot is convenient for certain buildings, but not for others. Regarding the management, you really don't know what sort of service you'll be getting...it really depends on their mood that day. A couple people quit/were fired recently, so maybe the service is better now? I am no longer at Roselawn so who knows; it might be better! Personally, my experience with Roselawn was overall a 3/5.

I was always a keep to myself type of person, and management never bothered me, and were respectful. Always gave plenty of notice before anyone would enter the house. Whenever my house needed maintenance, there was someone in a timely manner. I never had much of a personal relationship with management, but when we got some bad neighbors, they were behind me 100%. They will make you feel like family. They are serious about the rules they publish. You should follow them, and you will have a great time there.

My…read morewife and I live in the 8th building and I cannot speak for the rest of the buildings but for ours parking is a nightmare with over half of the cars in our section not having a parking sticker on a daily/nightly basis. We have been tenets for going on 4 months now and atleast 80% of the time I have to park on the street due to no open spaces went I get home from work and I get home at normal afternoon hours. For right at $600 a month I believe you should have the piece of mind knowing that I'm not going to have to carry groceries across the street,grass, and a parking lot to carry them up to my apartment.
