If I could give this a 0 star review I would, they don't keep up on the apartments what so ever…read moreI've gone 3 days with no hot water and was told sorry I thought they fixed it I hope I can get them out the next day, I asked to get cameras and was told no yet other tenets were able to put them up, they like to play favorites with some tenets, I put in my 30 day notice and they moved out all my belongings in less than 3 days of my 30 day notice and told me I didn't give them a proper 30 days when they were the ones who threw out all my belongings when I still have more than 20 days left to remove all my stuff, they also blamed me for a plumbing problem saying it was my fault when I wasn't even home and they left the bathroom DISGUSTING and destroyed it, very unprofessional staff I do not recommend living here, they don't treat you with respect. If you move here don't expect to get your deposit back, I've talked to all tenets and they all have told me no tenet had ever gotten their deposit back because they can easily lie and say that the tenets cause all these issues so they get to keep the money for their own benefit! DO NOT LIVE HERE even if it's for a month take your hard earned money else where and when they do come out to do maintenance it's in stuff you didn't request and they like To come when no one is home and they don't let you know that they've had people in your apartment either you notice because they ALWAYS leave a mess I've come home plenty of times with muddy shoe prints all over my apartment because they came in when no one was home and no one was Informed

Since moving in on February 14, 2025, I've dealt with a persistent and disturbing infestation of water bugs and spiders throughout the entire apartment including my bedroom, where a water bug actually crawled on me while I was in bed. Despite multiple complaints to management and repeated pest control visits, the problem was never resolved. I've seen bugs in every room of my unit, and the issue posed a serious health risk, especially with a very active 7-month-old child in the home. When I brought this to the attention of management again, Ashley, one of the property managers, told me there was no one above her I could speak to. She stated that the most they could do was continue spraying, and claimed the evidence I provided wasn't enough to allow me to move or be released from my lease. In the end, I was left with no real choice but to pay the expensive lease buyout fee just to get out of an unlivable situation. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and support from management throughout this entire process. Think twice before signing a lease here especially if you value a clean, pest-free home and responsive property management.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and the management…read morestaff has repeatedly proven that they do not care about the residents, they do not make any effort to enforce the rules, policies or guidelines, unless it will make them a buck and it is very obvious when you enter the office that the staff is not happy to be there. Since moving in there have been numerous inspections that have done nothing but become more frequent and intrusive. At this point the inspections (for whatever nefarious reason they come up with) occur almost once a month. They do not take their shoes off and will not (even when requested) wear shoe covers. More then once they have come when my toddler has been taking a nap. They refuse to come at a different time, and even after asking them nicely, and more than once, do not keep their voices down and still proceed to test smoke alarms, scaring my child awake. Before people start arguing, I understand these things do need testing, and I have no issue with that, I have an issue with people who are inconsiderate. It took me an entire year, and the carpet guys coming out 3 seperate times, just to get the carpet in my living room repaired correctly so we were not stepping on tack strip. Its been almost 2 years now I have been trying to get the issue with my dishwasher fixed. The issue is actually lime build up in the pipes but they refuse to acknowledge that even though they have done everything but snake the pipes and the problem still exists. I have poison ivy growing along the edge of my patio, been there since last summer, along with the 2 polk plants that they will not properly remove, so they keep growing back and I just have to deal with poisonous plants so my daughter can't play there. These are just a few of the many, many examples of the bull that goes on here. Water bills are extremely high too. I don't really believe they are as high as the 'notice' we get from the office, but so far I cannot get them to furnish me with a water bill, even though they are legally required to. I can honestly say that I could not be happier to be moving out of this place. The only good person here is the one maintenance guy Chris, he's great! The rest of them really need to find a different line of work. Reflects very poorly on Pinnacle Management that they OK with such lax and uncaring management.

They mow the lawn every Wednesday morning as early as 5:30am so be prepared to be woken up every…read morewednesday morning bright and early! Also after mowing they use a leaf blower to blow dust around the parking lot to clean up, but all it does is pack dust on all of the cars in the parking lot and is ridiculous so if you care about your 20+ thousand dollar purchase you will definitely need your car washed every week to get the loads of dust off saving you a needed paint job in the future. Also after being here for only 2 months I have gotten numerous scratches on my car some ranging from an inch to the biggest one is almost half a foot. The people in the community do not respect others purchases and it's baffling how Their is a new scratch at-least every week or two Id recommend putting cones around your car if you want to save yourself a hassle. Overall the things occurring are ridiculous and uncalled for and needs imminent attention from the community or it's not even worth the $1700 you are paying monthly.

The lawns is ALWAYS clean, fresh mowed (weather permitting) trashed is dumped and never let pile up at the dumpsters. The management staff is always ready to help if you have a problem, the maintenances guy will promptly get to or fix your problem most usually that day you request. It has a pool and the water is always clean as well as the area around it, it has a small fitness room as well which comes in handy. There are what they call single lever patio homes and they have the town homes, all with two bedrooms and two baths, all the apartment has their own private patios. Really nice, clean safe place to live. The best apartment complex in Cabot.
