Today I found out the 2nd lane works manually, but they choose not to use it until it's fixed. Funny thing is they'll have employees standing out front watching the line waving to customers, but have failed to have their employees manually open the gate to the second lane verses let people wait in long lines. I don't think my car was so dirty that it couldn't be cleaned as it was just as dirty all around the car, I believe the equipment just didn't get to those spots as well as everywhere else. Besides that, shiny shell seems to know how to tend to their customers in a convenient and friendly manner.

Usually the dryers at the end of these car washes dent or push in the roof of my car but shiny shells does not and their washers get in some of the nooks and crannies that other washes do not. Third, they have free car mat cleaner, they only car wash that I know of that does this, they have free soda for patrons, free water sprayer inside so your kids can spray passing cars and they also have a playground area.
