Renan and his team took care of my brand new 2025 Lexus IS 300. The day I picked it up from the dealership, I drove it straight to his shop and was given a very fair and quick turnaround time. My dad has been going to Renan for YEARS and when I got my new car, I knew that I would also be taking my car here too. Renan was so nice and inviting. He showed us the work he does on the cars in his shop, showed us the different kinds of tints, wraps, PPF, etc. and explained what he was going to do for my Lexus. I can tell the quality work Renan and his team does. They work all day and late nights and are booked solid with new clients and return clients. I reached out and there was "no record" of my appt in the system despite receiving multiple confirmations. Blamed the website editor. Rescheduled for a week and a half later. The night before, asks me to move the appt, which I can't do. Blamed a "dr appointment" that he must been made after confirming our rescheduled appointment. I offer to have them come before and after their "doctor appt," but ultimately we rescheduled a second time for 2 days later. The night before my third appt attempt, says he doesn't "offer a Groupon service anymore" and I can pay the full price. Super frustrating, unprofessional, and wasted a lot of our time.
