I was delivering a brand new Toyota Sienna from Colorado to California and I accidentally scratched the driver's side (about 8-10 scratches). Since the condition of the vehicle is my personal responsibility, you can imagine how upset and worried I was. Clay is simply a magician. All scratches 100% removed. It's as if they never existed. I was glad I drove the 35 miles out of my way to go to them. My guess is that you would feel the same way too. They're great: reasonably priced and meticulous in quality. I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

Waited a few days after I ordered it…read morenever heard anything about shipping information so I proceeded a place three phone calls on three different days throughout the week of course nobody answered I left messages and no call back. Finally called a fourth time the following week was able to get a hold of somebody they said that they would call me back within 15 minutes and about 2 hours later the owner of the company called me back. The owner said that he was out of town for the week and that there had been an issue with my order that needed to be resolved and the price that was advertised online that I paid was not the actual price instead of honoring the price and shipping me the item he decided to cancel my order. My frustration is it took over a week of me calling and calling for them to finally answer the phone never called me back I had to call them. When I finally get a hold of the owner he was somewhat apologetic explained that he was out of town for the week and that this was set on his desk. I explained to him that that does happen but they had a full week of knowing there is an issue with my order that any one of his other employees that I assume was working that week could have called me back and said hey there's an issue with the order we cannot place it right now would you like to refund your money or would you like to wait to have it resolved that would at least have give me the opportunity to purchase the item I needed for a trip but now I'm down a week and the item I ordered will not be ready in time if I buy it from another vendor. So in the end I understand it's a small shop but I did everything I was supposed to do every opportunity to make this right and they did not it would not have cost them any money to fulfill my order they might not have made any money on it but at least they would have had Goodwill especially since they cost me a week of my time and my money for quite frankly because I did pay for it it did come out of my account and so they held on to my money knowing full well there was a problem with the order instead of calling me right away to tell me there's an issue and let me decide what I wanted to do with my money.
