You can buy those yourself online or at most any retailer and do the self installation. The ADT app does not even control them. So, there is no reason to pay a premium for ADT services. Simplisafe is just as good or better. SafeStreets USA not able to hard wire my doorbell. After I had an electrician out, I called Safe Streets as I needed 2 terminal screws to finish my installation myself. These screws are literally 6cents online. They told me I was outside my 90 warranty window and they could not help me. They sent me back to ADT.

I asked if there was something that could be done other than buy a new door. The technician took care to fill old holes and drill new ones and the entire door works beautifully and looks good, too.
