I called Josh from Lock Technology yesterday about some problems that we were having with our vehicle not starting with two different keys. Josh set us up with a time slot between 2-4 PM and said he would call roughly 20 minutes before arrival. When he arrived (when he said he would), Josh did some troubleshooting and found out that both of my vehicle keys were not responding correctly with the ignition to start the vehicle. Josh cut two new keys and programmed them to the vehicle. He took the time to explain his step by step process. Josh was extremely fair and honest in his price and his customer service skills were excellent. Great Service! This company is a life saver. I don't normally write reviews but in this case I felt I needed to. I had lost my Volkswagen key and every locksmith I called was telling me that my key is a high security key and that I would have to go to the dealer. So I called the dealer and they said it was to old and they couldn't do it so they told me to call Lock Technology so I did. These guys basically said no problem and immediately sent their technician out to my job where my car was and he made me a perfect key right there on the spot. UNSAFE DRIVER ALERT!!!!! Driver of truck CLG 090 @ 1550 on 11-10. I was driving on my way home from work in sleet/icy conditions and I went to pass the truck mentioned above in front of me. The driver sped up and veered towards me so I couldn't pass him and I was almost sandwiched between the median and another car. This was extremely dangerous so almost crashed and I felt very unsafe. The locks were pretty old and rusty, so it took him longer than planned, but he explained the delay and when he would be finished.
