It took about ten minutes before we could flag down a different waiter/bartender who was actually helpful. Once we got the check I asked to speak to the manager. She walked away and came back saying she was the manager. Still had a rude ass attitude. Explained all our concerns And was met with no apology but the price is what is it. I wasn't even talking about the price but the service because of the 20% gratuity that was not deserved. Never again. Three years of great service down the drain. Terrible management.
