The cocktail menu featured fresh ingredients, and after trying two of their signature cocktails, it was clear they were thoughtfully crafted. My favorite was the "Lavender Lemon Drop", served in a chilled martini glass with a fresh lemon slice and lavender sprig. I usually avoid lavender cocktails because they can taste overly floral, but their house made lavender syrup made this one perfectly balanced. I also enjoyed the "Snap Dragon", served over a large ice cube with fresh jalapeno, which was both unique and refreshing. To start, I ordered the tuna tartare, which was on special for the week. It was beautifully presented in a chilled glass bowl over ice, adding a memorable touch. For my entree, I had the Caesar salad with salmon. The pepperoncini added a bright flavor that paired well with the creamy dressing and fresh Parmesan, and the capers (which were not mentioned on the menu) were a pleasant surprise. Boone Saloon is not what it's supposed to be. Our waitress who happened to be the manager checked on us maybe 3 times. Our food was cold. It took about ten minutes before we could flag down a different waiter/bartender who was actually helpful. Once we got the check I asked to speak to the manager. She walked away and came back saying she was the manager. Still had a rude ass attitude. Explained all our concerns And was met with no apology but the price is what is it.
