They may not have as many activities as other KOA's, but the hosts are great people. The little shop has any essentials you forgot. The location is perfect because it is out of the way, but close enough to the local attractions. Very clean facility. Bathrooms are cleaned everyday. The only downfall I have ever seen was the shower pressure. It is lacking, but just a minor inconvenience for what you get out of the rest of your stay. 10/10

Won't be doing so any longer since I was harassed about a visitor passes while buying a loaf of bread at their camp store. Motto says family oriented, yeah as long as you pay, pay and PAY! Due to irresponsible campers and a string of undesirable incidents that happened over this past summer the campground NY state has transferred to the village of Macedon. It will be a day-use only park. However, we are grateful to be one of the last overnight campers. It really is a wonderful park. The Butterfly trail is beautiful and easy loop. I highly recommend spending the day fishing, boating or pinicing.

The location is right on the water, with beautiful grounds, a swimming pool (which wasn't open yet), and an amazing community! Sandy and Eric take great pride in this hidden gem. The campground is wide open with a beautiful view of the lake. The grounds are kept immaculate and it is so quite and peaceful even though it's not very private. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked and the host was around even day checking on things. She was wonderful! We loved our stay and our campsite. Can't wait to be back!

Boat launch, lakeside beach, play grounds, snack shop, game room, outdoor movie theatre and a Camp Store for replenishing camping needs and the ever popular S'mores refills. On-site, many former military roads and infrastructure during WWII Naval base, and Korean War Air Force base, including a Military Museum on-site built in the 1960's. We had a full hook up site and they had an issue with the electric on my row of campers going out and it turned out it was a bad breaker but the owner and the kid working tried to get it taken care of very quickly so really cant complain about that. Our only complaint is the owner could give this place a little more TLC, bathrooms needed some TLC and the wireless only worked in the office building. Nice location for visiting all the finger lakes and waterfall parks. I would go back here if passing through the area...
