They didn't come with any meat, but honestly, they didn't need it. The combination of melted cheese and vegetables, and all the toppings made them delicious on their own. My piña colada slushy was exactly what I was hoping for since I'm a big piña colada fan, and my girl really enjoyed her margarita too. Her food recommendations were spot-on, and she checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. The French Dip was delicious! The bread was fresh with the perfect combination of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The beef was juicy and flavorful, topped with cheese and served with sides of au jus and creamy horseradish. You can choose from fries, coleslaw, or sweet potato fries. The Sweet & Spicy Asian Hot Wings were equally impressive--and definitely a must-try! They were deliciously crispy on the outside, coated in an amazing sweet-and-spicy sauce with the perfect balance of heat, while the chicken inside was tender and juicy. Absolutely delicious! But what really made our visit special was Asia Rose. Thank you, Asia, for being yourself, connecting with us, and brightening our day. This venue is nestled on the furthest East-Side of the California Exposition complex where the California State Faire happens every summer. Nor was it busy either because there no scheduled shows/bands for that night to appear on their bandstand in their main room. The service was quick and professional, and very friendly. They promoted their whole establishment quite well, telling us about the batting cages and putt-putt golf they had outdoors (which we walked right past as we entered the front door - it was a long walk from the parking lot I must say!). They offer inside and outside seating which is nice because the inside is a little small, but they have tables and chairs plus bar seating. During our last visit, we ordered the Half Pepperoni, Half Cheese Pizza, Pesto Twists and Loaded Baked Beans. Everything was good - I was a big fan of the baked beans. I have also tried their Chicken Banh Mi, Chicken Wings, Goat Cheese and Almond Stuffed Dates Wrapped in House Smoked Applewood Bacon and Spinach and Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms plus a couple of their other pizzas - everything is usually pretty solid! I think their menu is always changing as well. I did not try their beers this visit, but my husband did and he is always a fan of whatever he orders. Staff is friendly and they give great recommendations. I like that they also offer Paint Nights, Trivia Nights and even Millennial Loteria Nights plus other events!
