Great atmosphere, friendly vibes, great food options! Service was very helpful and even though we tried several different items:rock and rye quesadillas and Baja shrimp tacos, my favorite were the wings!

Whiskey Taco Foxtrot was solidly okay. Came in for lunch and it was fairly busy. The food was hit or miss. The queso & chips were yummy. I loved the baja shrimp taco and the birria tacos were good too. The smash burger and rock n rye quesadillas weren't my cup of tea. I do think it's slightly overpriced. We'd consider coming back!

If you're looking for a spot that nails the trifecta of great food, unbeatable happy hour, and a killer bourbon lineup, look no further. This place has happy hour every single day--yes, even weekends--which is reason enough to make it a regular stop. The drink specials are generous, and the vibe is always lively without being overwhelming. Now, let's talk bourbon. The selection is outstanding. Whether you're a casual sipper or a die-hard collector, there's something for everyone. From rare bottles to solid everyday pours, the bar staff knows their stuff and will gladly guide you through the list. But the crown jewel? The rock and rye tacos. These are hands-down the highlight of the menu. Packed with flavor, perfectly balanced spice, and that sweet-savory kick from the rock and rye glaze--they're unlike anything else in town. It's the kind of dish that keeps you coming back and makes you tell all your friends. Bottom line: great drinks, daily deals, and tacos worth dreaming about. What more could you ask for?

Great ambiance, amazing food, fun trivia night! The service was also super friendly and helpful. Will do again soon!

Decided to try this place out and liked that we were able to sit outside and enjoy the view of main street. Our server was friendly and attentive. They had a laminated menu where you could pick flour or corn for your tacos. The chips were pretty good but the salsa was a bit disappointing. Also ordered the ghost pepper margarita and it came in a short glass and did not have much spice. The birra quesadilla was pretty good though the consome was strong with cinnamon. The tacos were better with the corn shells were than the flour. The bang bang shrimp was probably the best. The blackened fish looked good but lack flavor. The chicken taco was also just ok. For the price point I would have expected better. There are better taco spots nearby that I'd rather go back to. Although maybe I didn't try the right tacos?

The food all around is okay, they have a very good cocktail and beer menu and a good set up inside. The service is sometimes slow

Okay, but not fantastic. My first impression was really bad as some woman (not my server) came up and immediately berated me for "seating myself". I informed her there was a sign up front that said to seat yourself. Of course she just looked mad I called her out on her BS and then gave me the most unconvincing "oh, sorry, didn't realize" in response. Our actual server, super nice. Me and my friend each got tacos, which were supposed to be on happy hour special. We had to remind our server about it. We started with chips and salsa; the salsa was definitely from a jar and not homemade but it was fine. I got the chimchurri steak and I loved the sauce, but the steak was a bit over cooked for my personal liking. The rock and the carnitas taco was by far my favorite. The "soft crunchy soft chicken" was okay. Drinks were good. I love the peanut butter old fashioned which I had in the past and wanted to come back to try the food. It was pretty obvious they wanted us out, since our server threw the check down and didn't ask if we wanted anything else. Overall, I'm not impressed. For the price and service, I'll just stick with Imperial.

Visited here recently, & mostly unimpressed. Is it a restaurant? Is it a bar? Bar with food, I think. We ordered chips & queso, which was good but VERY spicy. Chips are the thicker type of tortilla chips. We each ordered a couple of tacos. I got the steak with chimichurri--very little steak & grisly-chewy. Yuck. The other was the Asian chicken, which was pretty good. It's pieces of fried chicken & they were so fried, they were hard to chew. Husband had the Rock & Rye, a slow cooked pork, which he said was delicious. He also had the Asian Chicken. Total bar vibe, they added a stage to the front corner, and they had a private painting class going on in a partially closed off area in the middle. They have gone nights & karaoke. Our server was very attentive & friendly.

The restaurant itself has a relatively small foot print where the tables are close together and where there are no frills about this place and definately a tad on the rustic side. Facility aside, this place makes some excellent authentic Mexican street tacos where my El Pastor and Asada taco's were well made, PACKED with meat (no scrimping here) and oh so tasty. Service is quite quick where once seated you get your food within a few minutes making this an excellent spot if you are on the run and looking for a good meal on the quick. Prices are cheap in my opinion where my three taco's and a coke came to just $12. NICE! Two things to note here is that the chips and salsa are not gratis but come at an extra cost and follow up once you get food was non existent in my case. Chips and salsa was not a big deal to me but lack of follow up prevented this business from getting a fifth star. Overall and my minor gripes aside, if you are fan of really good Mexican street taco's than this is a must visit if you are in the area! I wish this business was closer to my home in West Bloomfield as I would be a regular here for sure!

When things are challenging, you just kind of want to forget about them. The restaurant was clean. The food was ok. The service ruined this experience for everyone at the table. Yes, I still left 20% because it's the right thing to do, and I can't imagine her circumstance, well, let me tell you what happened. Amy and I both have birthdays within a few weeks of each other. We decided to meet an old friend and this was the place she chose. When I say old, I do mean elderly. I haven't known her that long. She is very sweet though, but I digress. Other tables had a dedicated server. We did not. We had the bartender. That was weird. She came and took our order, she brought us our food, but if you needed absolutely anything - you had to go to the bar, wait for her to stop making drinks and then ask for your napkins, drink refill, or bubble tea, and in my case it was all 3. And no- despite it being on the specials sign, they don't have bubble tea. I was not offered an alternative. I'm so glad I stood there waiting at the bar while my friends ate. This is probably the worst service I've ever encountered. It's probably not even her fault. Who in their right mind would schedule like that? I'm betting someone called out. That didn't make it better. It definitely does not make me want to go back. She poured water on my Mexican pizza after she sat the pizza down for me. She didn't offer to grab me a new one. She just said "oh sorry" and quickly walked back to the bar. I sat there dumbfounded. My friends had a lot to say. I ate the part that wasn't wet. Man... What a disappointment. I can honestly say Taco Bell Mexican pizza is better. I wish we went anywhere else. Amy got sour cream on her food and she had initially asked for none. The bartender took it back and they did not make her new food. They scraped off the sour cream. Just perplexing. And such a bummer. Well, happy birthday to us I guess!

Ordered Puebla, tinga style pizza, chicken fajitas, guacamole, tostada with chicken tinga. $53.47 Chips and salsa is out. Chips aren't great at all, almost taste stale even. House salsa has some heat. At least I won't eat too many corn chips, since they aren't so good here. They have a red and green salsa in a bottle, but not enough for the seated tables. Service is subpar for sure, need more help. Drinks are long empty. My husband wants more chips and salsa, takes a while to get anything and get attention too. Food takes about 17 minutes to come out. The corn tortilla isn't very good. Ate a couple of small bites of the Puebla, not for me. Doesn't have that fresh chewiness. The Tinga meat is okay. The tostada is crispy, but overall is was just okay. The pizza is different and definitely on a flat bread. It's okay. The mole, tinga and pickled onion doesn't do it for me. The guacamole is so-so, average as far as taste. The bottle of red salsa is spicier. The bottle of green salsa is an avocado base. Both mixed with the house salsa in the ramekin together aren't too bad. Food was quite average, didn't feel compelled to stuff myself, so that's a positive. Get the staff some help! No one should have to wait for a table here or more than 5-10 minutes for their food either.
