We arrived around 9:45 pm on a Monday evening, and the bar had one other patron besides our crew. The bartender was super nice, and let us know we could order at the bar and he'd bring our drinks to whichever table we picked. We opted for seats near the front, and also got ourselves set up to play music from our phones on their speaker system. I'm not sure how this would work if the bar were busy, but it was great for us in this situation. Our bartender let us know he was quite new, and not terribly familiar with the menu, but would figure it out. I might have been irritated to hear this somewhere else, but he was very personable and clearly wanted to be of service, so we rolled with it. My first order was kind of a miss, but my second drink was great. We had fun hanging out, got to chat a bit with the bartender regarding his background as a DJ, realized it was already past midnight, and headed to our hotel. I would visit again! Hard to rate a bar that's empty and where the bartender is so honest about his newness...so my four star rating is based on the kindness of our bartender.
