This was my first time here, at the beginning it was a little overwhelming because there was a lot of information to take in when it came to how to order your food. It wasn't super busy but I quickly moved out of the way to read the menu which is by the door and can see how it could potentially slow down the line if was busy. While I was staring down the menu a very kind older female employee was asked if it was my first time here and did I need any help with how to order but I had figured it out and brought my order to her. My experience here was very pleasant and I would return. It might not mean much but i must point out that it was pleasant to see the diverse group of employees at this store, sometimes when you go to other chains you only see a younger crew (which is totally fine) but it was just nice to employees of all ages working efficiently together :) read more

Despite this being a simple tuna and cheddar sandwich on wheat bread, I thought it was pretty good. The only flaw I saw was that it was not filled enough so the bread to toppings ratio was a bit off. I would've liked more lettuce, some of the bread was missing tuna, and maybe even pickles. The cheddar was delicious and plentiful. The tuna was prepared with the perfect amount of Mayo (I prefer a light load of Mayo but it comes with a Mayo packet if more is needed) and salt. The bread would be nice toasted. I think the portion is generous. Freshly baked cookies would have been nice but that's just me being picky now. Overall great sandwich! read more

Stopped for the first time today .A person ( manager ? ) helped me write the order, as I didn't know you wrote your own . He first repeated back " tomatoes " on my order even though I did not ask for nor wanted tomatoes , and I corrected , then he wrote tomato's on the order and I corrected again . My order was rung up wrong by someone else ( might have been a trainee) so it had to be redone . When I received my order , it was hot . I did not ask for a hot Turkey sandwich. When I opened the wrap , there were black olives ( I did not order black olives ) in the wrap , as if it was reused from another order . This location was in Norwood; clean looked similar to a Chipotle. I got the BLT with avocado. I have to say, the sandwich was underwhelming disappointing. The balance between the bacon and lettuce is way off. Everything just got lost in all the lettuce. You'd think 6 slices of bacon would be enough. It if you're talking about tiny slices (the kind you find on a Wendy's junior bacon sandwich) well.... doesn't cut it for a $10.00 sandwich. Earlier today in trying to decide what to get for lunch we stumbled onto the idea of trying which wich since Panera didn't have turkey chili on their menu. I think we found our next addiction. The personalization upon picking a sandwich was incredible. The choices were abundant, as shown in the picture of what I chose, and the taste was amazing. I wish there were more down In NJ for me once I get back but definitely one of the better sandwiches places I've had and I've had quite a lot. Also their OREO milkshake was probably the best Oreo shake I've had in recent time. You actually taste the Oreo and tastes the same, unlike many other places. I've definitely found my new place. Me and my siblings first tried Which Wich down in Virginia when our cousin introduced it to us and we were instantly hooked! I honestly didn't think they were up here (in Mass) but when I checked on my maps app I was delighted to see there was one so close to home! The food is great all around and there are so many options to choose from and the ordering process is easy to understand. The employees were great and the owner was even working the cashier with a smile and has a great personality as well. I'm so glad that my expectations were surpassed coming here after my experience in Virginia. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the prices are a smidge high and the fries could do with less salt (this was also the case in Virginia so it's more of a brand issue then this specific store). Wish I could give zero stars. A pb&j we ordered online did not have any jelly on it - only tons of peanut butter - and we didn't discover it until we got home. When I opened it up to add some jelly of my own I found a hair. I called the store and the manager, Victoria, who was extremely rude and told me they "ran out of jelly" and "sorry about that." She refused to give me a refund to my card even though I placed the order directly through the restaurant. She also proceeded to hang up on me when I questioned how they could possibly give someone a sandwich with half the ingredients missing and not mention it. Abysmal and horrible, disgusting, don't eat here and if anybody from corporate or the franchise is reading this I would greatly appreciate discussing the matter and Victoria's employment stays. read more

It tried Which Wich for the first time today. It was meh. I was not used to the ordering system--it is a little confusing I think for first timers. You select a brown paper sandwich bag based on the type of sandwich one wants. For example, I wanted to get the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, which required a "special bag" because it was the special of the month. You write your name on it so they know that that is your order. I think this ordering system is rather inefficient; you walk in and then wait in line to write up your order only to hand it to the cashier who rings you up. They call your name once your sandwich is ready. The person calling my wasn't loud enough (they should use a mic). The sandwich itself was so-so. There was no flavor and quite bland. I would definitely not be back any time time soon. There are much better Philly cheesesteak places out there! read more

I stopped in tonight for a sub. I have been awaiting their opening since I saw online that they serve vegetarian and vegan subs. I walked in and saw the bags that you can customize yourself. You then go to the counter and pay. It took a couple minutes and my sandwich was made. I got the tomato, avocado, lettuce, cucumber, and pepper cold on a sub roll. It tasted really good and I chatted with either the manager or owner while waiting. He was very nice and is a vegetarian as well. I will be back. Thank you for your many options. read more

Pro: Ordered online in advanced. It was ready at the time i suggested i would be there,(and i ordered before they were actually opened) They have the option of this becoming a salad instead of a sub. Really like this option. Con: Downside is that they give you a small amount of meat. Ordered a Wicked. It is supposed to have Turkey,ham,roast beef, pepperoni and bacon. It was very minuscule the amount of each meat in this salad approx a tablespoon of each meat was in the salad.less than an ounce combined. Also had another salad with olive spear and it tas approx a teaspoon of olive spread. I'm sure the sandwiches get better portions sizes. And then only have shredded lettuce to make there salads with. Unfortunately I have to remove a star from my 5-star review, for two reasons: First, it's gotten to the point that *every* time I place an online order, the food isn't ready until about 10 minutes after the pickup time that they provide. I almost wonder if they don't start making your food until you get there, because I've tried going slightly later and it's the same result. Frustrating if you're on break from work and only have a set amount of time for lunch. Also, when you order one of their "hot" cookies, you get a cold cookie (not room temperature, but right out of the fridge) and have to ask them to put it in the oven if you want it warmed up. Second, they majorly skimp out on the toppings. Every time I write in the request box "extra crispy onions please" and I'm left with about 6 of the little onions. Of course, they pack the sandwich with shredded iceberg lettuce even if you say "light on the lettuce," but I suspect that they're told to keep it light with the more expensive toppings. read more

Love this place! The subs are top notch. All the ingredients are really fresh. Subs are filling, and worth the prices. Awesome vegetarian options. My favorite has been the Artichoke sub, with Pesto, Mushrooms, and Tomatoes added. Meat sandwiches are also great, made with the right ratio of toppings to bread to meat. I really liked the Gyro and the Italian Grinder. A cool option offered on sandwiches is to "Skinny My Which," which means they remove some of the bread from the middle of the sub roll, removing some carbs and about 90 calories. They also offer all sandwiches as a bowl(with no roll), or a "Lettucewich" wrapped in lettuce. Let's not forget the sides... Nice, thick, and creamy milkshakes. The larges come in sturdy reusable plastic cups. They also offer sweets, including cookies, which are baked fresh while your sandwich is made, or can be used to make an ice cream sandwich. My favorite so far has been the peanut butter cookies. There is a number of options for chips as well, including their yummy house made chips, thick ridged potato chips with spices. The folks working there are always super friendly, and seem genuinely happy to be there and see you. They also offer online ordering, which is what we usually use, so we can grab dinner on the way home from work. Altogether, this spot has friendly people and great food. We have been there several times already, and will be keeping it on the regular rotation. I highly recommend it to anyone. read more

I have been here a lot and I really like their sandwiches but their service and accuracy is lacking. Their online orders are always late. Today I was told by the assistant manager that he held my order back because they took face to face orders first. So my 4:15 order was ready at 4:35. As someone on a schedule, that just doesn't work. Every other fast food chain has the online orders ready on time. Out of 20 online orders, 5 have been on time and I started to put my order time 15 minutes earlier than I wanted so that it would still be ready and it was still late. Entering this place had me a bit flabbergasted. The concept took a moment to grasp but after the employee behind the counter came up and gave me the down-low on how to customize literally every. item. on. the. menu my eyes sparkled with glee. Grab a bag, check off your 'base' sandwich, and load with toppings. toasted or nah? Cookie with that? why not a drink and chips. 'twas fun crafting a sandwich to my liking and not having to scream over a class wall like, say, subway, quiznos, or [insert any sub shop here]. Protip: all the toppings are free. Even avocado. They only charge you extra for extra meat or cheese. Sidetip: the crayons to mark bags are apparently for children... Grab a red sharpie instead ;) I got the grinder and added some ingredients, toasted it, with chips and a drink. Came out fantastic! the small sub (7" @ $6.25) was enough for my tastes. Bread has a great crunch with a soft, doughy center. Greatly proportioned and the olive salad was fantastic (I was debating between the Grinder and the muffuletta and got the bet of both worlds). I want to test out some of the other sandwiches before I commit to 5 stars and will happily re-review. I work right around the corner so it will be a quality lunch destination for myself. read more

Came here before my Amtrak train to NYC, but I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The concept of creating your sandwich by writing on the bag is not so novel (you see clerks doing it at other shops), but the choices here are ENDLESS, so you really need to know what you want before you place your order. They had some good ingredients, but to be honest it was more of a Quiznos situations than a unique sandwich shop. I picked up an online order here at lunchtime, and it was a disaster. My order wasn't ready when I'd selected, my roast beef wasn't hot as I'd ordered it, and there was no sauce on the side despite requesting it in the special instructions -- and my order was the more correct one! My friend got turkey instead of chicken. Even the other customers in the restaurant were unhappy. One woman had been waiting so long for her food, over 15 minutes, that she decided to cancel her order, and had to argue with them about getting her money back. Another woman asked for her order and was told it had been done wrong and needed to be redone. The woman was very frustrated because this was the 2nd time the same order needed to be redone! The only reason this place is getting a 2 star review is because their food is good. I've given this place 3 chances and each time there's a problem. Each time I've gone the wait is about an hour for a fast food sandwich - for no good reason either. This last time was the final straw as I thought I would be able to order online and have that solve the waiting problem. Nope. I'm mainly giving this 5 stars because of the employee. His name is Joell (excuse my spelling if it's wrong. We ordered our food online and sat outside (dining in was closed due to covid) and after some time, went inside to ask when our food was ready. They apologized for not seeing our order so we continued waiting to until they were done. Joell came outside and offered us fries and apologizes for the wait. He also graciously came out with 2 bowls of ice water for our dog outside (87 degrees outside and we just came from a hike). Just went for the first time- it was so good! You get a paper bag and fill out a checklist of what you want on your sandwich. Hand in your bag when you pay and they make it for you! I would have given it a 5 star because the sandwich was amazing, but they left out a few of the veggies I checked off. Not worth a bad review though, because it tasted so good anyway! Great new sandwich shop in the Westwood area! I went this afternoon for lunch during their grand opening. It was my first time inside a which wich. For anyone who hasn't been there before you walk in and there are sandwich bags lined up on the wall organized according to the meat you want on sandwich. Pick your bag which lists all the possible toppings you can have. It's completely customizable. They also have salads, vegetarian options and milk shakes! When you're ready give your order over to the cashier to check out. They'll say you're name when your order is up. There's a few tables available if you'd like to dine in or you can take out.
