BLT mostly lettuce
Magpie W.

This location was in Norwood; clean looked similar to a Chipotle. I got the BLT with avocado. I have to say, the sandwich was underwhelming disappointing. The balance between the bacon and lettuce is way off. Everything just got lost in all the lettuce. You'd think 6 slices of bacon would be enough. It if you're talking about tiny slices (the kind you find on a Wendy's junior bacon sandwich) well.... doesn't cut it for a $10.00 sandwich. The fries were very good and the employees were very nice and welcoming.

Personalization to the max

Earlier today in trying to decide what to get for lunch we stumbled onto the idea of trying which wich since Panera didn't have turkey chili on their menu. I think we found our next addiction. The personalization upon picking a sandwich was incredible. The choices were abundant, as shown in the picture of what I chose, and the taste was amazing. I wish there were more down In NJ for me once I get back but definitely one of the better sandwiches places I've had and I've had quite a lot. Also their OREO milkshake was probably the best Oreo shake I've had in recent time. You actually taste the Oreo and tastes the same, unlike many other places. I've definitely found my new place. I already social media'd it and told some friends. Love it.

Part of the inside of the restaurant.

Me and my siblings first tried Which Wich down in Virginia when our cousin introduced it to us and we were instantly hooked! I honestly didn't think they were up here (in Mass) but when I checked on my maps app I was delighted to see there was one so close to home! The food is great all around and there are so many options to choose from and the ordering process is easy to understand. The employees were great and the owner was even working the cashier with a smile and has a great personality as well. I'm so glad that my expectations were surpassed coming here after my experience in Virginia. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the prices are a smidge high and the fries could do with less salt (this was also the case in Virginia so it's more of a brand issue then this specific store). Definitely go here!

This place is terrible. I've tried order pick up twice now and both times my sandwich is either missing ingredients or today the bread is like multiple days old.. the top of the bread is completely stale which you can see in the attached picture.. all shriveled and dry and it even tastes old. I'm done ordering here.

Which Wich of Westwood -- University Station : 135 University Avenue, Westwood Storefront
Brandon K.

Which Wich just opened at University Station, today, Monday April 25, 2016. The opening has been awaited for weeks now, as new places like this don't often open in the area, and it looked so cool from the listing of the Somerville Which Wich. Which Wich is a great sandwich shop, and one of the better restaurants in the University Station shopping complex in Westwood. It is located in the Noodles & Company section of the shopping center, the first thing off Exit 13 from Route 128. I stopped here on their opening day to try one of their sandwiches. The concept is cool and different from any other sandwich shop. You will walk into a large open restaurant. Tables are on the left, the serving area straight ahead, and a large "order" area on the right. First, you go to the ordering area, and make an order. They have 10 "bags". They include turkey, ham and pork, beef, chicken, seafood, vegetarian, Italian, surprise, classics, and breakfast. You take a bag out of the slot with one of your choices and select exactly what you want, the size, and customer orderings. In addition, they have bowlwiches, lettucewiches, shakes, cookies, brownie, ice cream sandwiches, and other treats. Each sandwich takes about 5 minutes, and the service is friendly and fast. Sandwiches are tasty and a perfect quick lunch, that isn't fast food. The Westwood location has a nice seating area inside and wasn't crowded on the first opening day. I will be returning in the future and would suggest this for anyone looking for a filling lunch in this area. 5 stars.

You can order a deli sandwich to your liking and you can build your own salad at their bountiful salad bar. The salad bar is really nice and is more often than not my main reason for visiting the store. Here you can create your own unique salad with a good variety of salad makings including your basic lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers plus potato salads, fruits and a great variety of other salad toppings, vegetables and dressings. They have a good hot food bar too with various meat dishes, chicken and so forth plus pasta dishes, potatoes, vegetables and more. You'll also find some nice treats in their bakery area such as muffins and cookies. Their deli carries Boar's Head deli meats which is a very good meat company and their cheeses are excellent as well. If you're looking to buy groceries here they do carry quite a few of the essentials. They have a good sized produce area here as well for your fruits and veggies. It is a busy store but the cashiers keep the lines going at a pretty good clip. The atmosphere is nice and it's always a clean store which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. When I am passing through the area I always make it a point to stop by and see what they have to offer.

The employees looked a bit frazzled- the line was mostly new customers (like me) who saw the coverage. Everyone was friendly and sandwiches are made to order- they cut the meat as they maybe each order. It took just about an hour to get to the counter- there were at least 30 people ahead of me. I ordered the Italian sub without veggies, a pint of olives and meatballs with cheese and bread. Everything was delicious. Sandwich was excellent-meatballs were amazing. I would call ahead of order online in the future- and let some time pass as it will likely be busy like this for awhile. They use their space well. Lots of free parking. Paid with my phone using Apple Pay. It was good enough that I'd make a special trip to drive the 14 miles to get a repeat order.

Very disappointing experience at Tutto Italiano…read more I waited in a massive line because of all the hype surrounding the place and specifically went there for the meatballs. Brought them home expecting authentic homemade Italian meatballs and instead got something that tasted like a mass produced frozen food service product. The texture was spongy, oddly uniform, and completely lacking the flavor and character of real homemade meatballs. Honestly, they reminded me of the kind of reheated catering tray meatballs you get at low end buffets or grocery store prepared food sections. What made it worse was the attitude. The owner came across as rude and dismissive when customers raised concerns, and judging by many of the other reviews, that does not seem uncommon. For a place with this kind of reputation, the quality was shockingly underwhelming. I genuinely do not understand the hype.

I've enjoyed halal bowls in NYC and wanted one before heading back to the house. For takeout, I ordered the Regular Halal Combo Platter ($12.99 plus tax) with tender pieces beef gyro & chicken, orange rice, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, white sauce and two lines of spicy red sauce, warm soft pita triangles included. The portion size was pretty generous filling up the round foil container. The ingredients and the flavors of savory and spicy came together very well. I would definitely come back here!

The food is solid but it's a bit pricey and my last time here was the final time. After standing in the store for the usual extra 15-20 minutes beyond the estimated time, a staff member gave us the sandwiches we ordered but said they ran out of soup and could refund us. We stood there and waited another 10 minutes until he came around again and asked if we needed anything. I said yes, we're waiting for the refund. He got another coworker to process the refund for us. She was typing in front of a computer for a few minutes and said she processed it. My mistake that I took her for her word without requesting a refund receipt as the refund never processed. By the time we got home to eat (after stopping at the grocery store for soup instead), the four sandwiches were cold. I won't be back again but if you go, tack on a lot of time before you go to pick up your food and if you get a refund, press for a receipt.
