Having moved from the original home of Which Wich, ( Dallas) I was so happy to see one while visiting Tally! This had been a local favorite before their expansion. Love the way you can place your Wich specifications on your bag, turn it in, pay and viola a yummy fresh sandwich is ready! My go to is the black bean burger on wheat, deli mustard, with lots of veggies. The small Wich is 7 inches and is plenty for me . Milkshakes are available and now french fries too! I saw someone enjoying them and that is something different from the " competition". Maybe I should look into opening a franchise near home in SW Florida...hmmm. read more

Great menu, friendly service, and very clean restaurant. When you walk in the first thing you want to do is look at the menu board, once you have a sandwich picked out you grab the paper bag that has your sandwich name on it and you'll write what you want in your sandwich, pickles, lettuce, etc. this excludes specific sandwiches like the gyro or banh mi. Those sandwiches come as they are. Then bring it to the register and that bag is what your sandwich will go in. I got the Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich) and my husband got the gyro. The bahn Mi was tasty , but what makes a true bahn Mi is the pickled veggies and Pâté. This had fresh veggies and no Pâté with pulled pork. Still a tasty sandwich (loved the egg) but if you expecting a traditional banh Mi this is not it. The gyro was big and packed full of meat. It also had red onions and lots of taziki sauce. Every employee was making comments like "no way", "you've got to be kidding me", etc. we've got ears people. We can hear you. Had we not already started ordering I would have left. The workers were extremely rude the whole time. The person I'm guessing is the manager took things off the menu that he said they couldn't do with a big group. This is a cute chain place set in a shopping center, and conviently located next to Petco, which is where I take my Yorkie to get groomed. I love that I can drop her off, get a bite to eat at Which Wich, pick up groceries at Fresh Market, medications at Walgreens, and then go shopping at Stein Mart, all in one trip! On this occasion, I'd been trying to eat a bit healthier (blah!), so I was delighted to discover I had the option of a lettuce wrap, instead of a huge, hoagie bun. The ordering is easy enough, just grab a pre-printed bag, write your name at the top, and check off any options you prefer. There are so many choices, everyone should be able to find something to please them! The service was quick and with a smile (including eye contact!), my order was served with only a brief wait, and in the same bag you just filled out. So ecological! It was so satisfying to bite into a cool, crisp Krab Salad wrap, instead of a heavy, calorie-laden bun! My only dissatisfaction was the level of mayonnaise in the salad, but I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise, so it might be perfect for someone else. Next time I'm in, I will ask if the salad is made ahead or on-the-spot, if so, I'll ask for less mayonnaise! Otherwise, this is a great place for a family to pop into to get a satisfying meal, for dine-in, dine-out on the patio, or to-go! I advise parking in the larger parking areas, or to the left of the building, as Which Wich is so close to the entrance, it is very difficult, actually dangerous, trying to exit from the parking spaces. Each bag has a different category. There's one for chicken, turkey, beef, etc. Then on the bag you have a choice of what you want under that category. For example, with the beef bag you can get the french dip, cheesteak, reuben, roast beef, or corned beef. So you check which you want. Choose your cheese. Choose your spreads and sauces. Choose your veggies. And choose your oils and spices. And voilà you're ready! Your sandwich is quickly prepared and warmed by the staff, and you're ready to dive into the deliciousness. My go-tos here are the chicken and the french dip. The chicken has a healthy sign next to it so I usually go for this one when I'm trying to watch what I eat, although i don't know healthy it is once I add all the fillings. This is what I had on my visit to this location. I always get the honey mustard sauce with it, it's delicious! The french dip comes with an au jus to dip your sandwich in. I really like Which Wich, so when we needed a quick lunch stop on a road trip, I directed the husband here. It was mid-afternoon, so they weren't busy and we were able to order right away. I recall I had a loyalty card somewhere, but the cashier said they've switched to an app, so I guess I missed out on that. I got the French dip and the husband got a lettuce wrap. Now, what makes a French dip a French dip is the jus -- the titular "dip." When they called out my order, the husband came back with the the sandwich. I had to send him back up to ask for the jus. Let me remind you that (1) it's supposed to come with the sandwich and (2) they were not at all busy. With the jus, my sandwich was ok, but not as good as I remembered. The husband enjoyed his lettuce wrap, though looking at the receipt, it seems like they may have forgotten to charge him extra for bacon and egg. Still wondering why Which Which isn't all over the country. I would love a Which Which in South Florida. It is such a great concept that you are able to order exactly what you want by just checking off the ingredients on the bag. I love that you don't have to sit there and point out to the employee exactly what you want. I am able to add as many ingredients as I'd like without feeling annoying :) Also, somehow every time I go to which which they are able to fit all my ingredients into a lettuce wrap or spinach wrap perfectly. I've always had a pleasant experience at this which which and their is rarely a line. You may also order online and have your sandwich waiting for you when you arrive. This was my first visit to Which Wich. I was told that they offered a lettuce-wrapped sandwich. And since I've been doing a low carb diet, I figured I would stop in. Which Wich offers you the option to build your own or turn one of the existing wraps into a Lettucewich. I chose the Cobb Salad Wrap, which had turkey, hard-boiled eggs, bacon and cheese. All the ingredients were fresh and I was excited to try this Lettucewich. What I failed to realize is how well a wrap made of lettuce would the hold bits and pieces of the Cobb Salad wrap. It was wrapped pretty well, but as soon as I slid the paper wrap down to take a bite, the wrap began to fall apart. Each time I slid the paper wrap down a little for the next bite (whilst keeping the wrap together) I ended up biting off a piece of paper with it. Ultimately, I ended up eating the Lettucewich with a fork. So I was a little disappointed with that wrap. I figure next time I will try to order a wrap that contains slices of meat which probably holds the wrap together while eating it. Will update my review after my next visit. read more

I like Which Wich. When you walk in (or stand outside) you choose a sack from a holder, write your name down and then mark what you want for your particular sandwich. This way you get it your way. You take your sack to the cashier and they place your order. You can even choose to have them hot or cold. They even have the menu sacks outside so you can take your time deciding. The uniqueness of their ordering process is you don't have to feel like they are waiting on you to hurry up and make up your mind. I've had several. OMG seriously? This has to be the absolute worst sandwich place I've seen in Tallahassee. Your very first clue should be that you select your sandwich by marking on a paper bag and choosing what you'd like to have, except there are no prices to be found anywhere while you make your selection. When our order finally arrived my wife and I were so disappointed in our sandwiches. Let's start with her selection that was called a gyro that came with the works. Sounds great. The problem is, it isn't a gyro, it's served on a thick sandwich roll, the meat was scarce and had no taste what-so-ever, and "the works" turned out to be some sauce and nothing else. My keys weighed more and was bigger than this tiny sandwich. (see pictures. Actual pictures mind you, not pictures of their promo shots.) Now let's move on to my sandwich, which was equally poor in quality and quantity. I had the French Dip, and I really felt like the dip when I saw how much I paid for this thing. $8.50 for this poor excuse for a sandwich that wasn't even an inch thick. This thing was almost all bread with a little meat added. Just like the gyro, the meat lacked any flavor. The bread was good, which is lucky because that's all your sandwich is at this place. Fortunately we had Au Jus sauce to dip it in. Unfortunately the tiny amount they provided tasted nothing like aujus sauce. (Please see pictures) Here's the part that really gets me... after paying $16.66 for two of the smallest/worst sandwiches I've experienced, we discovered that being cheap doesn't stop with the quality of the meat they purchase or the quantity they deliver. This place does not provide water at all. No water cups. No option for water. You are forced to purchase their over priced soda's if you want something to drink. There are so many great sandwich shops here in Tallahassee. Unless you have no taste buds what-so-ever, and you enjoy paying way too much for way to little, then you need to go somewhere else. We will not be back, and you can be certain we will warn our friends. Special reminder. Places run by kids usually try to boost their ratings. The service by the manager on duty was horrible. I ordered food to go and she placed my unwrapped fries on the counter and didn't even offer me a bag. She decided she didn't want to make my milkshake and told her coworker to do it and was rude to him as well. I asked for a water cup while I waited on the milkshake and drank some water. My two year old who was with me asked for my cup and asked for tea. I put no more than two ounces of tea in the cup so that she could have a sip and the manager on duty proceeds to tell me to it's not that expensive to buy a regular drink. I told her that I wasn't buying a full drink for my two year old to have a sip while we wait for the milkshake that she refused to make. She proceeded to argue and yell at me over giving my daughter the sip of tea and told me to not to come back. As a paying customer who regularly comes in after my daughter's gymnastics classes next door I was appalled and disgusted that I was treated this way. read more

We had which Wich for the first time the other night around 730. I was the only customer there at the time. I ordered the regular Italian for myself and the gyro for my husband. My husband liked the gyro. The regular size italian wasn't quite big enough for me though. Next time I'll get the next size up. Love this place, my wife and I have eaten here three times the first week they've been open. huge selection of subs and salads, and the toppings and selections seem to be almost endless. so far I've had the meatball grinder, and two different versions of cheese steaks and all were delicious. My wife has enjoyed buffalo chicken and a cheesesteak. There are so many different ways, and toppings to have your sub completed, you never have to eat the same thing twice. One unique way of preparing the sub is to wrap it in lettuce rather than bread, for those folks who are carb conscious. Also any sandwich can be made into a salad also, for a healthier alternative. Bottom line it's average. Service was great, and it's a nice place, but the taste is just bland on the club that I got. It's a better looking subway. Ing suggest trading your money to fire house if toasted subs is your thing, or my favorite a Publix sub.
