First time eating at this chain. The store was a bit dirty ... the attitude of the staff was poor. They put onions on my sandwich and I requested a remake and the girl with the long hair (gross food preparation hazard... hello state health dept) and hat to the side said to her prep partner "why can't they just pick off the onions" ... I have a food allergy genius! The food preparation person at the end of the heating oven also had out of control facial hair with no coverage. Yuk! I thought it'd be fun to keep my bag and photo with it at the top of my next 14er ...but I couldn't even stomach the sandwich and ended up trashing the rest. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Very slow service, ice machine was out of ice, cup lids & straws were out of stock, there were at least 7 employees behind the counter but only looked like 3 were actually working while the rest of them stood around eating which grossed me out and I really don't think its sanitary to be eating food in a food preparation space. The employees were using their gloved hands to touch their faces, hair, and even their own food and then going back to handling the other food they were preparing. It took them 15 minutes to make 1 sandwich and they forgot the bacon on my turkey club. Very disappointing and grossed out. read more

I have eaten at this place twice now. It has inspired me to write this review to which I hope the owners read, because I DO like the concept of this place and would like it to succeed. The first time I went, I decided to order a medium philly cheese steak with onions and provolone. It cost $13 with chips and no drink. It took 15-20 min with only a few customers. The sandwich filled me up easily, but was very bland/flavorless. The second time made me want to write this review. It was incredibly busy there that day. I ordered a medium chicken sandwich with cheese, cucumbers, spinach, tomatoes, and honey mustard on wheat bread, all of which you write on a bag for the staff when you place your order. I decided that I wanted bacon on my sandwich as well when I got to the register, which I paid extra for and the staff marked it and circled around it on the bag as well. I waited for about 20-25 min and it costed $14 with chips and no drink once again. By the time I got my sandwich, I had to get back to work. When I got to work and opened my sandwich, some of the ingredients I wanted were not there. There were no tomatoes, it was on white bread instead of wheat, and there was even no bacon on it which I paid extra for. This shocked me considering they have the bags there with them that say what ingredients should be on our sandwiches, and it was still incorrect. That is unacceptable. If they were out of the ingredients, that's ok, but at least tell me and give me the money that I paid extra for the bacon back. Regardless of all this, the sandwich tasted ok, but once again nothing special. The reason I'm not giving this a one star is because they do offer some unique ingredients compared to other sub chains such as dried cranberries and candied walnuts. In addition, the food is edible and will not make you sick. There's two things that come to mind personally that I think must be addressed. First, the prices NEED to come down if possible because $14 for a medium sandwich and chips is just too much with what is offered at this place. Second, PLEASE ensure that what the customer ordered on their sandwich, especially since it is written on a bag given to the staff and they have it in front of them while they are making it, is actually on the sandwich before it is bagged and given away. Some people will say that the service needs to be faster as well, but for me personally this wasn't as important. I hope they will be able to improve because once again the concept of this place seems good. read more

At this restaurant, it is easy to order your meal because of clear instructions on the wall. My build-your-own salad was good. There are lots of yummy ingredients to choose from and they were fresh. I came in on a Sunday at 9:30pm because I saw that their open sign was on, once inside I noticed the sign saying they closed at 8 so I was getting ready to leave when the staff made it clear to me that they were happy to serve me because they forgot to turn off the sign. I have never been to a Which Wich before. It was a lot of fun. The way you order your food is much different then a normal subshop. One of the employees was right there greeting people and helping them make their decisions as well. The wait was short and the sandwiches were delicious. Terrible. The chicken parm is sliced deli meat with pasta sauce. If we hadn't already gotten back on I-70 I would have asked for the $30 I paid for two sandwiches back. My husband and I ended up trashing them after 2 bites and stopping somewhere else. Waste of money. DONT GO HERE. Gross! read more

Of course we were excited for our customized sandwiches, but waiting in line to pay I noticed an employee handling the bread with his hands - no gloves. I elbowed my husband to notice too. We sat there watching this guy, no gloves building a sandwich. He scratched his head a couple of times, rubbed his hand over his face and licking his fingers. I had enough and my husband approached the manager and asked for a refund, she said "oh, he's just making his own sandwich". Ma'am regardless, his fingers are touching all the food you will put on other sandwiches. I'm in the industry too, and I know better. As an owner, I would have called him out on it. Do not go to this which wich. I've been to a few in the denver area and the service at each one was far better than this one. A larger girl was incredibly rude to me when I checked out. My sandwich was messed up and it took nearly 30 mins to get a new one. I watched another girl touch her nose and hair while sandwiches were being made. If you want to get sick then eat here. Next time I will be eating chipotle who has a staff who speak English and they are far friendly then this place. Overpriced and rude service lost my business. read more

Excellent excellent fresh ingredients- I wish we had one of these sandwich shops back home!! This place is like a subway but WAY better!! We read some of the reviews and almost didn't stop but I'm SO glad we did- our service was awesome, the employees were really friendly, the owners were there & they visited with lots of tables checking on people. We found out that they host foreign exchange students and give them opportunities to work there too!! We were also given a local heroes discount ( military) but they told us its for all local heroes (firefighters, cops, ect) awesome experience great food way worth it!! read more
