We have a metal/iron work business and sometimes our clients request powder coating. The work they…read moredo is very good, detailed and they have it done in a timely manner. We just had to drop off the item and pick up when complete. Twice they have matched what color the client wanted. So far no complaints and we've been using them almost 1 year now. The cost is in the middle. If item is not too large or a big amount, they will have it ready in a week, and they provide quotes in advance when requested.

Three weeks go by, I call and they say it will be another couple of weeks. Stated they had to strip it again because they powder coated the hinge shut. Six weeks from the beginning they call and say it is done. They showed me the now bent up warped and dented cabinets. I asked them if they were proud of the work? They said no. They blamed the sand blaster. Told them the cabinets were useless to me. They said there was no charge. Gee thanks now I'm out two custom metal cabinets from an antique RV. Not only did they bent the metal they also bend the flanges that hold the hinges and several double thickness edges. Then they powder coater over the bent-up metal. Bubbled up dirty powder coating looks like it was coated over sand paper it is so rough. Maybe they can coat a fence post but they should not try sheet metal.

I've always taken great care of my cars, so I was really upset when I accidentally scraped the…read morefront driver-side rim on my 2026 Honda Accord against a curb I didn't realize was sticking out. The scratches weren't major, but they stood out because the rims are black. It happened on a Friday, and that night I requested an online quote from Wheels Onsite. By Monday morning, the quote was already in my inbox. I chose their Sterling location since it was a little cheaper than mobile service, and my apartment's underground garage would have made that difficult. The whole process was quick and easy. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning, and it was ready that afternoon. The rim looks like it never happened. I've only had it back for a day, but so far I'm really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for rim repair.

As a potential client seeking services, Bob was quick to respond, knowledge, and patient. This is what made my mind up. On average, most companies replied within two days. The professionalism and excellent customer service stayed outstanding from start to finish. I was able to get in touch with Bob the day of my inquiry. Bob was flexible with scheduling which made pick-up and drop-off extremely easy. With most services, I often check-in to see how things are coming along. With Bob, I had no reason to reach out as I was updated each step of the way. To be honest, I was nervous with how they would be come out because I didn't buy the nicest set of rims. Miracles were made & at the same cost I was quoted at which was an excellent surprise. Prior to moving forward with my quote, I mentioned a competitor that I was considering to Bob, to which his reply was, "they do really nice work!"... A true class act.
