I was pleasantly surprised by their price, professionalism and honesty. They came when promised in the rain. The tech was so polite considering the crappy weather he has to work in. They claimed that she did not have a warranty on her tire...yet she prove she did via the receipt. They tried to do a diagnostic but the computer was having issues so asked to come by tomorrow. She went back and they now claim it was a different tire that was the issue and that she needs a new one. Do they not keep accurate records of what people purchase or not?
