She gave me great advice that saved me a lot of money and ensured I wasn't being ripped off. Keep in mind that while I have purchased tires from Tire Express over the years, I'm not in there enough that she knows who I am. I could hear in the background she was busy, so I tried to be quick, but never once did she rush me off the phone while knowing I wasn't giving them business. They have a small parking lot entrance to the left of the signs and the entrance to their office is toward the end. The waiting area is decent enough and works well for a local independent mechanic, definitely not here to expect dealer service center amenities. It was a quiet morning and they got to work on my car pretty straight away. I got my car back in less than an hour with the oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic and owner was quite friendly and very courteous definitely seem like a great local business. Location wise there's not much around as its mostly an industrial area so if you need major works done definitely plan on transportation. Overall very happy with the service and definitely would be back for my future auto needs.
