Great service, great value every time. They have repaired and powder coated wheels on our Mercedes, Bentley and BMW's to perfection every time. If it's only one wheel you can usually get in and out in a day. Monica is the GM and she is always a pleasure to work with and always makes sure the job is done right! This is a little known secret, but all the high end car dealerships send their work here. Thanks for repairing all the curb rash and ouches!

Same day turnaround on having curb rash removed from my BMW black rims! They looked good as new! I recommend them highly!

Stay Away ! Many great companies in DFW for wheel powder coating , this use to be one of them, past tense. Extremely poor customer service , zero listening skills and didn't listen to my issue and hung up on me. No attention to detail on workmanship. Tried to tell me about their High volume of processes , which obviously results in Low Quality results . Do not regularly post reviews but this company obviously needs this review.

My original factory rims were smoked surfaces / black interior. I wanted to keep the original rims; but change to machined surfaces / black interior. After a lot of research and comparisons, I am thankful I chose Wheel Technologies. The machined surfaces were identical and smooth and the black had the right clarity. There were no marks nor pits on the machined finish. Likewise, no dust, no sand, no 'orange peel', no drip marks - absolutely beautiful black interior rims. I know I made the right choice with Wheel Technologies.

I hit a nasty pot hole a few months ago in my car, which cracked the backside of the OEM rim. I made a trip out to Wheel Technologies on a Saturday only to find out that they don't run production on the weekends. I was able to speak to someone after a bit of confusion on their operating hours and a locked front door... I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Joe and explained the cracked rim situation. We discussed their process, my options, and even putting the donut on the car and leaving the rim there so they could work on it Monday. I opted to leave the rim on the car because of the trip distance from my location. Joe took my information and put it in their system and gave me a quote for the repair. He also mentioned that I could take the rim to a local Firestone or NTB in an effort to save me the trip back over to their location. I took my car to Firestone on Monday as Joe suggested. That process at Firestone was pretty seamless. I took a photo of the cracked rim for a before and after comparison. Two days went by and no word from Firestone. So, I decided to call Wheel Technologies directly and see if I could get a status. Seeing how I was there in person a few days prior and spoke to Joe, I figured this would be pretty painless. After explaining who I was to the lady on the phone, she transferred me to Joe, who I spoke to for maybe a whole minute. His response to my inquiry about the repair status was "Did you call firestone first?". After a couple questions, I realized that Joe was uninterested in giving me the status of the rim - like when they received it, whether it was indeed repairable or not, and if/when it was scheduled to be on a truck back over to Firestone, so I said thank you and ended the call. I understand that I went through Firestone and they're acting as the "middle man" in this situation, but given the circumstances and the fact that I spoke to Joe in person a few days prior (he even put me in their system himself), I figured that calling for a status would've yielded a better customer service experience here. After the phone call with Joe, I called Firestone and asked for a status, they said they would need to call Wheel Technologies to get a status... which I had just tried to do. A few minutes later, Firestone called me back and told me the rim was on a truck and they expected to see it within the next hour or so. Less than 30 minutes went by and Firestone called me to confirm that the wheel was in their possession, so I headed up to the shop to have it reinstalled on the car. Upon on arrival, I asked to see the wheel before they put it back on the car... at first glance I was impressed. Wheel Technologies ended up refinishing the whole rim, so the front side looked almost brand new in comparison to what it was before (curb checks from previous owner, etc.), but the backside where the repair needed to be done was a whole different story. The weld on the crack was horrible! It looks as if the current was set too high! I understand the repair is on the backside of the rim, out of sight when on the car, but regardless - have some pride in the quality of your weld! After the rim was installed back on the car, I noticed a color difference between the original OEM rims and the repaired rim. Overall, the rim was repaired and the cost was much lower than buying a brand new OEM rim, but I'm disappointed in the quality of the weld and their customer service.

    Screw found in tire

My body repair shop used Wheel Technologies to repair two rims and to replace two tires. One of the rims flaked the finish off in a corner. One of the two tires Wheel Technologies sold me came to me with a plug in it. I should not have listened to my repair shop when they said "no problem, they are guaranteed tires as they are new". This comment from an employee at Rock Collision who is no longer there and was not missed when he left according to the body repair shop. I later got a screw in the tire with the plug and the tire repair store (Discount Tires) said they could not safely repair a tire with a plug six inches away from the screw. So what did Wheel Technologies do? Nothing except to guarantee the rim. They sold the tires to Rock Collision in Georgetown, put an incorrect tire serial number on the invoice to my body repair store and disavowed ownership of the tires. Somewhere someone must have switched tires, incorrectly put the wrong serial numbers down (Both Tires???) but bottom line is I, as well as Rock Collision, were screwed over. Rock Collision is paying me for one tire out of their pocket, Wheel Technologies is redoing the faulty refinish job and I have to eat the loss of the second tire because you cannot just change out one tire on radials. These tires had at least 85 to 90% life left in them. Just look at the tread on the pictures of my tires. And to further add aggravation, I have to rent a car while Wheel Technologies has to pull the rim to repair it. That is another $100+ OUT OF MY POCKET. This was not my error, nor my fault. Wheel Technologies through bad invoicing, an inept or possibly corrupt employee on one end or the other has cost me a lot of aggravation added costs and distrust.

Semi gloss deep charcoal looking great against my black coyote.

Wheel Tech was recommended by a mechanic I use. Their prices are very competitive - definitely better than who I was planning to use. My goal was to take my stock mustang gt wheels and have then stripped down, repaired, and a custom gun metal "one off" paint job. Jose was awesome. He worked with me to find the right color and semigloss finish. He kept me updated on progress, sent my a photo of the updated wheels, and helped me check out quickly. My wheels now look great with just the look I was hoping for. The workmanship was great and they remounted and balanced my tires. Very pleased!!! If you are looking to repair or update your wheels, you should check out Wheel Tech.

Welcome to the family Wheel Tech. I had a crack in my rim an found out about their company an made my way to them on 7/2/18 an the rim was done 7/3/18. They weld the rim an color coated for me which is even better. Wish DFW government took better care of our food an not patch an repatch an repatch again. Logan was a charm an very helpful an answered all my questions honestly. Hillary the sales team was also great. Love talking to them in the down time. Josè who installed my wheel was wonderful delighted person. I felt like were all bonded by great customer satisfaction service an talks of real life in all 2 days. Definitely let them help with your tires an wheels.

Absolutely terrible experience!…read more After continuing to experience low air pressure on my front left tire, I had taken my vehicle to Discount Tire on March 17th and was told the rim was bent on the inside. Discount Tire removed my two front rims and installed my factory rims because I wanted the two front rims to match each other while that chrome rim were being repaired. On March 18th, 2026 my friend took my rim to LoneStar Wheel Repair and the repairs were completed, we paid $154.50 and picked up the rim up on March 20th. On March 20th 2026, Discount Tire removed the factory rims, replaced the chrome rims, put the repaired rims on the opposite side. On March 21st 2026 when I got in my car the air was back down to 19, so I called LoneStar Wheel Repair, but they close at noon on Saturdays. So, I went back to Discount Tire they checked the tires/rim and it was determined it wad still bent and needed to be repaired again. On Monday, March 23rd, 2026, I called LoneStar Wheel Repair and was told to bring it in. This time I drove over and when I got out of the car, the Owner, immediately guaranteed me that it was a different rim. Even before she liked at it. The, owner insisted they "mark" all repaired rims but refused to let me see these so called markings. Instead of even trying to understand what happened, she accused me of damaging another rim within less than 24 hours and blamed "the way I drive." Completely unprofessional! They refused to take responsibility and charged me another $154.50 to fix what was clearly the same rim. No accountability, no customer service, and very disrespectful treatment. I would not trust this business especially if you drive a nice vehicle and expect careful honest service. This experience made me feel dismissed, disrespected, and taken advantage of, please stay away

They sold us a used tire that was in NO condition to be on the road. I've purchased used tires before, and they've NEVER had holes or tears in them. Once the used tire was installed, my sister noticed the air pressure symbol light up on the dashboard. Before leaving, she asked them to take a second look at it. They told us it was fine and the light would turn off once we started driving. This was not the case. The tire they installed went flat within 8 hours, to no one's surprise. We called the next day and were told to bring the car back to the shop. The only problem? The car was NOT DRIVEABLE. The tire was so low that we risked damaging our car by even moving it. The manager, Junior, advised us to still drive on it. According to him, they've advised customers to drive on flats before, all the way from Denton to Dallas. Before trying to drive anywhere, we attempted to replace the tire with the spare, but the lugs were placed on too tight. Upon closer inspection, we saw multiple large holes and tears in the tire. According to their manager, Junior, it's standard to test tires before placing them on the car. It's clear this tire was not tested prior to being installed. On top of this, they ignored concerns about the tire pressure light being on after they installed the new tire, further endangering my sisters saftey. If they had taken the time to double check their work, it would have saved us the time and worry. We ended up having to stop at another mechanic on the way, since we were fearful we would not make it to the shop in one piece. The mechanics there were very friendly, changed our tire free of charge, and let us know we should not have been driving on it. When we finally made it to the shop, the employees realized they did not have any more used tires in our size. This begs the question- did R&S knowingly provide us a faulty tire, just to make a sale? The tire they sold us was the last one in that size. To top all of this off, I received the worst customer service of my life from Junior (manager) and the owner, Khalid. Junior was callous in his approach, did not have any empathy, and seemed unbothered at the severity of the situation. He rudely suggested we go to another mechanic down the street, despite fault clearly lying with R&S tires and wheels. We voiced our disappointment and intention to file a complaint with the BBB. When we finally reached a resolution of getting a new tire in the correct size, the owner, Khalid, sent us disparaging and unprofessional texts after we left the shop, further displaying R&S Tires' unprofessional business practices and horrible customer service. As you can read from other reviews on Google, R&S Tires does not uphold customer safety. Please save yourself the headache and pick ANY other mechanic shop in the area. You'll be thankful you did!
