The food is always beautifully plated and visually appealing, but it's the flavors that really seal the deal! We also enjoyed their half-price bottles of wine and had a flight of juices for mimosas, which was awesome. The restaurant is consistently clean, as are the restrooms, which is always appreciated. Our service was a little slow today, but the manager, Omero, stepped in and took great care of us. If you haven't given Gloria's a try, do yourself a favor and stop in. Give it some time, explore the menu, and I think you'll come to appreciate Gloria's as much as we do, as a true staple of the Fort Worth dining experience!
