Owner was actually in store today and was chatting it up with other customers but failed to greet, nod, smile or acknowledge myself, my wife or my daughter as she walked passed us several times and barely answered our question about an item (gave us a one word answer). We asked if she was the owner because that says a lot about a business and walked out having an experience that people of color are all too familiar with. We collectively decided we wouldn't be returning.

I can't speak for the quality of the clothes, but I was surprised that the prices were actually affordable. The quality felt good when I searched though the racks. There are many other amazing antique stores just down the street that are worth visiting instead. The owner here can be quite rude and seems to have little patience or respect for people who disagree with her or cause even small inconveniences. When we first purchased an item, she was very nice and even offered to let us come back another time to pick it up since her hours didn't quite work for us. That was very kind and we appreciated the flexibility. Unfortunately, when it came time to actually pick up the item, her attitude completely changed. She became extremely rude and essentially berated me, my dad, and my husband. To this day, I'm not entirely sure why she was so upset with us since we had both agreed on a pickup time. However, the messages she sent afterward made it clear that she had little respect or basic courtesy toward us. I've worked in customer service before, so I understand that customers can sometimes be frustrating. If she was upset about something we did, I can understand feeling frustrated. However, speaking to customers the way she did is something I would never do. The store may have some interesting items, but I would much rather spend my money supporting businesses that treat their customers with respect.
