Food trucks by breweries is a genius idea. We got the Seattle burrito and it's interesting since it had french fries in it! It was pretty decent! It wasn't outrageously priced for a food truck. The lady was also super nice! She saw our attempts to get some salas out from their bottles (they ran out) and offered to scrap the remaining salas with a spatula and gave us extra jalapeños! Love love love this taco truck! Seriously some of the best tacos I've had in Seattle. Had al pastor and asada tacos. I would say the al pastor is definitely tastier but I enjoyed them both. I really appreciated that they came with all the fixin's: pico, thin radish slices, some guac, and jalapenos. All really high quality. They are a bit on the smaller side but that said the price is pretty fair and a good value. Okay what I loved about these the most about this truck was the salsas. Horrible horrible service. Ordered a quesadilla, and a breakfast burrito with pork. Then he asked which one was "the veggie". We stated we didn't get anything veggie we wanted pork. We walk all the way back to our car to find out the breakfast burrito is a veggie burrito. We didn't care about the mistake just wanted the burrito to be correct so we walk back and ask for the correct burrito but then says that he confirmed it with us that it was veggie. We say we never even said the word veggie. He proceeds to say we said we wanted a veggie burrito and if we want a replacement we would have to pay again. Terrible service. Best Burritos I've ever had!! If you've not tried Whateke, you need too! We first discovered this incredible food truck a year ago when our 2 year old tried a bite of our burrito and wouldn't give it back! We now plan our weekly meals around when they will be at No Boat Brewery in Snoqualmie. The staff is so wonderful and friendly! After a year, we finally decided to try the other menu items and we were not disappointed. Their Asada is tender and flavorful, which can be very hard to find. Amazing new Mexican food truck! Went there today for the first time, and everything we ate was fresh and delicious. We ordered the Whateke burrito, which includes asada, shrimp, french fries (!!), plus veggies, cheese, beans, and rice. It was a large burrito, well-wrapped, and clean to eat on the go. We also ordered the quesadilla with asada, which was cheesy and a good size. Probably my favorite! They have salsas you can get in separate containers, and they are all amazing. My favorite was the medium spiced green salsa (Macho man I think). Will definitely go back whenever they are in the area. read more

Not dissapointed! I tried their pastor, asada, pollo and was suprised by how amazing and flavorful the Asada was. Less firm than most asada's because it's heavily marinated and maybe braised? But so so delicious. The chicken had decent flavor but I think it was pulled white meat and a little one the dry side. The tacos are topped with guac, the guac was seasoned perfectly. Taco shells had been browned on the flat top. Attention to detail. The nachos were great! Huuuuge portion and ample serving of the cheese sauce, which in this cold weather i actually appreciate as melted cheese tends to harden quickly in seattles cooler weather. Their accompanying sauces range from mild (verde) a hotter medium (creamy avo green) to really hot (creamy chipotle?) I'm sensitive to spice though. They give you plenty of sauce to go with your food. Service was a 5/5. Very kind, very quick and all proper covid measures are payed attention to. read more
