My order was taken & I clearly provided the information for delivery (my cc was promptly charged even tho the person taking my order didn't know the exact fee... for a dozen roses...). The destination is a 5 min. drive from the recipient. This costs $140; that's fine. It's important to me that the flowers get where they're supposed to go, WHEN they're supposed to go. That's the whole reason I'm calling a professional florist. They deliver the flowers a day early, seemingly for no good reason. When I realize this, I immediately call to explain what's happened. I could have bought beautiful roses from anywhere else for much less & taken them myself... the TIMING is important in the florist business (I assume?). I calmly ask to speak w the mgr. & I receive pushback. The lady who answers the phn doesn't want to track down the mgr.; I can just tell her about my issue. So I clearly explain what is wrong & (when asked what should be done) that I expect a partial refund or some form of compensation for my $140 dozen roses delivered a day early before Valentine's Day. Ppl make mistakes... but... The sole reason I'm even leaving this review is bc of the lackadaisical, almost resentful tone & attitude of the lady who fielded my call. She is the opposite of what a business owner or founder would want for customer service. If timing is important to you when you order flowers, you might want to avoid this business. That would merit a 3 star review. If customer service is important you, def. avoid this place. This is a 1 star review primarily for the tone-deaf reply I rec'd when I initially expressed my dismay: "well... you know, mistakes happen, & I mean, they were delivered."

I understand that not every florist may be familiar with that term, and I would have been perfectly happy to explain what I meant. What disappointed me was the customer service I received. Instead of professionally asking for clarification, the employee seemed to mock my question and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking about a flower style. She kept asking if I went on their website to check out their flowers. When I told her I did and didn't see the style I wanted. She automatically turned me away saying "okay, I don't know what you're talking about, this is flower bowl not farm girl flowers!." I can sense frustration, and attitude. Which led me ending our conversation. The conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional from the start. The interaction ended with her saying, "Okay, you weirdo, my dear," while laughing before hanging up. Whether it was intended as a joke or not, I found it inappropriate and unprofessional to speak to a potential customer that way. As someone who was genuinely interested in placing an order, I expected a polite explanation or follow-up questions about the style I was looking for. Instead, I was left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Customer service should make customers feel comfortable asking questions, not mocked for them. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Everyone said they were the most magnificent flowers they had ever seen- and they were. I feel the value was there, even though it was valentines and it was a lot of money for flowers, and yes, I chose roses (on the most expensive day of the year) The only hiccup was my wedding welcome sign was not finished in time, which was really disappointing for me, especially since I paid (a lot) for them and they were in our quote and it was the first thing people saw when they walked in. It was left unfinished on the ground. I don't know where the miscommunication was, but again, it was really disappointing. At the end of the night, the flowers we were supposed to use for our brunch the next day were also cleared and taken away by their staff- a miscommunication I'm sure, but again disappointing since I paid for them and was planning on using them the next day. Regardless of these hiccups, they still did a great job and I absolutely loved the fresh floral arches and all the flowers they made, it really made our wedding extra special and I'm so happy I chose fresh flowers and roses, Valentine's Day or not- the photos are there forever. The flowers were beautiful and overall I was very happy with how they turned out and recommend Flowers valley

Wanted it to be special since it was their 1st TG there, (after living in an apartment whilst conducting a multiple year home & job search). The guests included their ~100 year old parents, married for 75years and his brother, his only sibling. Such a lovely, beautiful, and kind family. At 100, more family holidays are behind you than in future, so really wanted to send something special to them. (see below) My friend had just barely finished unpacking everything from storage and getting the house prepared for her guests. She arrived home later than planned from too many errands in a new area & grocery shopping. When she saw the arrangement on her doorstep, she said she brokedown crying bc it was so beautiful and it would make the table so special & beautiful. Mind you I had only ordered it a few days prior bc It took awhile to find what I was specifically looking for, a centerpiece arrangement that would be in a cornucopia basket. It was a thing growing up in the 70's, our Mom's had this type of basket that was put on the table every Thanksgiving yet somehow times change, and many moves later no basket. They now had one again, and said it brought back all the good memories from many childhood family Thanksgivings. I enthusiastically recommend you use this business, the Flowers are truly Amazing, great service, and brought true joy to the recipients!
