We've called from different phones, different days, different times. None of it helps. Almost every call ends up with a robotic voice pronouncing a US01LV error.

'Don' was referred here by his doctor for treatment on his feet to help with severe dystonia that causes severe pain and that making it hard to even walk. His first visit was hopeful as his PT let him know he would be able to help and the first thing they would do is fit him for much needed orthotics. Next visit, PT gave him temporary orthotics and asked him to come back the next morning to receive the new ones that were being made. Next visit, examined his feet, applying pressure at specific areas that were supposed to relax his dystonic feet. When the PT was unsuccessful, he told Don that it was impossible that his feet continued to cramp and thought he was faking it. He then told him he would not be receiving orthotics because the temporary ones had not been as effective as he thought, stating, "There's no way I'm approving these to your insurance as I don't see them medically necessary." As he checked out they gave him a pamphlet on where to buy special orthotics on Amazon. He checked the website and these special orthotics don't even come out on the market for another 5 years. I will spare you the rest of this experience, including voicemails, etc., and Don's refusal to go back. Someone dealing with a neurological disorder that is physically debilitating and misunderstood disorder has a hard time with the social consequences everyday. If you don't have a clue what you are doing, don't blame your patient for your lack of understanding. It can have lasting effects on someone that isn't given a lot of hope.

My therapist Shawn is fantastic and has helped me so much he gets 5 stars. Be warned that…read moreadministratively Capstone relies on a style of Patient Portal self-service for scheduling changes & bill pays which is great if you can get Portal Access. My experience has not been good. Every reset they send me is not accepted and if I request a password reset it never comes. I've never been able to access their portal at all. A heads up that they do not answer incoming calls so don't rely on that for canceling or changing an appointment. I am not joking it does not matter when you call what day of the week or what time of day no one answers. If they are truely short staffed and busy I can accept that however someone should then answer the phone messages left by clients at Capstone's invitation. They do not. From other reviews I know that this is not just my experience. I actually heard the receptionist tell someone that had had to drive to the Bakerview location just to cancel an appointment that they were "really busy and could just not get to everything". So busy that they are incapable of answering the messages clients leave on their business line, ridiculous. Today after both emailing, calling and leaving a message on general line I finally got frustrated and contacted the admin office. Had to leave a message there as well but told them I wanted to pay a bill and cancel an appointment. They called me back within 10 minutes. Squeaky wheel needs to pay a bill worked; I guess. Like I said the quality of care is great but the communication needs improvement. That is part of patient care as well.
