I love Whataburger and have for years but the Whataburger in Yulee Fl has messed up my order every time I've gone. This most recent time I ordered a patty melt with extra creamy pepper sauce. What I love about Whataburger is that they make your burger fresh. The burgers are ways good here. This location is a bit hit or miss. The food is always good but make sure you check your order before you leave. They messed up several items on our order last night. Wasn't a big deal since we dined in, but if we'd gotten drive through we would have been upset when we got home. read more

The manager who I just spoke with June 30 at 6:03 am was rude and politely rung up in my face as I was talking to her. I waited in line for 15 minutes to get food I never got. Why is everything so salty?? While in the area for business, I experienced my first time at a Whataburger. Sadly, unless I were left with no other choices, I would not eat from here ever again. The burger and fries were disgustingly salty. If I would have eaten in, I would have complained and it takes a lot for me to get to that point. 2 stars. One for the milkshake, my saving grace.. Maybe only as good as it was because it killed the salt taste in my mouth. The other star, is because the cashier inside was insanely friendly. She gets 5 stars. Great service... Good food.... I have never eaten here before so I got... a bacon cheese whataburger. No tomatoes no onion.. It came through way I ordered. I guess it's hard. Or maybe I don't understand the menu but a double should have 2 patties right? Not a burnt up blackened single? Should a large French fry box be filled or only halfway? Maybe half way w Luke warm fries so I don't spill any? And w a million people in line how is it even possible my fries were Luke warm? And when the lady checked the order slip and the bag and gave it to me, was she asleep? I'm guessing just didn't care. But again, maybe I'm misreading the menu. I don't eat fast food very often but I was running errands today and needed a bite. The drive thru line was long but moved pretty quickly. I was most impressed during this lunch rush by Olivia who was taking orders. I could hear her speaking to each of the 2 cars ahead of me. I have enjoyed my last two visits to Whataburger. Previously I had selected other venues due to the restaurant being too cold (like frost on the windows cold!) - but that seems to have been corrected and it is pleasant and comfortable to sit an eat inside. I have tried the standard Whataburger with all the fixings and each time have found the burger to be fresh and cooked well. The buns are fresh and it seems they give them a little kiss on the grill to zest them up. The soda and ice machines appear to be well tended, dispensing a good crisp tasting soda. Meals take a few minutes longer than standard fast good to come out - but the wait is worth it. read more

On the way to back to NYC we decided to visit the closest Whataburger to us. As native Texans, I couldn't think of anything that we wanted more than a breakfast on a bun (BOB). We called ahead to see if they would make a few for us to take back on the plane (even though it was past 11). They were more than happy to accommodate us and I am happy to say I am the proud owner of 4 BOBs. Shout out to GM James Sinclair! You're the best. read more

I wont eat-in here anymore. And i may not drive-thru again either. Too many flies, too much grease, too warm, too slow. That is it in a nutshell. The workers are ok, but could be a little more attentive. I felt uncomfortable seeing more than one worker come strolling out of the restroom, not knowing if they had washed their hands or not. When my family arrived, we were not able to get into the building because there was one door locked and another one blocked by high chairs. A guest had to let us in the door and warned that they must be understaffed. When we stood at the registers to order, no one acknowledged us for the first few minutes. There were 4 other people dining in. No one was in front of us and there were no cars in the drive thru. So, just from what I could see right away, there were 5-6 employees, but it seems that there was not a clear role of who was supposed to do what. We began to order and found out that they were out of salads. (Who orders salads at Whataburger? A mom trying to eat healthy when everyone else wants burgers.) I then changed my order to grilled chicken. They were also out of grilled chicken. We ordered grilled cheese and they were out of Texas toast, so it was cheese on a smashed bun. I ended up ordering a cheeseburger. The burgers were actually good. (Just missing the cheese). The order came out missing a few items. A polite young man came and took our order and went back to get the items. (Adding more to it than what we ordered). There was hair on the cup lids. There were other customers there that had to take their order back 2 times while we were there. Management and staff is in need of extra training. Understaffing was not the issue. read more

Whataburger had a pretty weak opening when they first set up shop in Yulee, and it was years and years before I bothered to return because of how mediocre they were at first. It was my loss! They've really come up in the fast-food game since then. Their fries are the best you'll find from a Yulee drive through (try the spicy ketchup!) and their burgers are enormous and satisfying. It's not gourmet by any means, but a HUGE step up from McDonalds and their ilk. Oh, and the drinks are HUGE and cheap. read more

Good food. The fries are ok, nothing to write home about. Great onion rings though. I had a plain burger with just cheese, it was good. The prices are a little high though so if you're looking for a quick bite to eat on a low budget this isn't your place. If you do go here I suggest you get a meal instead of individual items, it is cheaper. Bathrooms were nice, I've never seen a stall with a sink and mirror in it. Not a bad place to eat. I went back and forth on 3 or 4 stars. They can b really slow and there's a creepy drive thru guy that always says I was waiting for the pretty girls to come that dropped it to 3. One of the few fast foods we will eat. Always fresh and always delicious. Breakfast is good as well. Burgers are thick and juicy.

First time there and not impressed. Sweet tea was warm, bacon cheese burger looked someone had stomped on it and tasted like someone got carried away with the salt shaker. It was the first time at this location We stopped in today for lunch. I hadn't been in a Whataburger for a couple of years, and if this is an example it'll be another couple before I'll be back.. We ate inside and we're surprised that the temperature was warmer than we expected. It was clean and the staff was friendly even as we took a bit longer to order not being familiar with the menu. We ended up with two regular burgers, two drinks, an order of fries and an order of onion rings. Total was just shy of $15 We asked if there was a senior discount and she said yes, but she had already rung the sale and couldn't go back. Perhaps training on how to run a register is in order. The food was delivered quickly and we found that although the burgers tasted fine, the meat was notably smaller than the bun and the tomatoes were obviously on the green side. T fries were quite good, but the rings were very oily and we left them uneaten. The self serve drinks from the Diet Coke dispenser were really light on the syrup and had almost no flavor. Management needs to quality check their product if you're looking for repeat business. read more
